CALPEX® is a flexible, self-compensating, continuous and heat-insulated pipe system with a medium pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene.
No underground connections
CALPEX® district heating pipes can be supplied in rings of up to 807 m in one piece, depending on the dimensions. This largely eliminates underground connection points.

Innovations for ringed flexible pipes
Split flexible pipe, refermable - end of the muddles of cables
The new flexible device split FLEXAzip is the ideal solution for the protection and the gathering of existing cables at a later stage. Using a tool for assembly, the cables can be introduced into the tube slotted, which can then, in the same stage being sealed fiablement with a profile of sealing out of rubber. The split flexible pipe is usable to gather cables like for the construction of installations and machines, even for dynamic applications.
Right connection on the tube of installation
The new right connection makes it possible to easily connect flexible pipes and rigid tubes of installation. The flexible pipe comes inserted in closing "push-in "connection, and installation tubes it is fixed by means of a collar. The flexible connection pipe - connection profits from a degree of protection IP 68. Without another supplementary measure, the degree of protection of the connection tubes installation - connection reached IP 54. A degree of protection IP 68 can be obtained by using an agent of sealing. The right connection is appropriate everywhere where it is a question of carrying out a radius of curvature, or for any transition between a flexible device and a rigid pipe.

Chemical hoses from ContiTech cover the whole spectrum of standard hoses for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries in accordance with EN 12115.
Special processes - some of them patented - provide for safe transport of various media. This includes both hoses with elastomer inner linings as well as plastic-clad ones.
New innovations include hoses with light-colored plastic lining. With their integrated conductor helix, the hoses comply with all requirements for a Ω hose as contained in EN 12115 while at the same time guaranteeing product purity.
Process-patented petrol pump hoses from ContiTech do not bleed colors and are conductive, extremely lightweight, flexible, buckle-proof and weather-resistant. They can be rolled up, have an extremely smooth, bright-colored finish and guaranteed calibratable volume increase. The compounds used allow for good resistance to swelling and diffusion. The "hose-in-hose" principle provides for automatic gas recirculation - and thus contributes actively to protecting the environment and human health.

Viking fire hoses are chosen by fire fighting professionals throughout the world for their quality, performance and reliability, key factors when life may depend upon it.
Viking is constructed with an all synthetic woven textile reinforcement encased in a blend of high tensile PVC/Nitrile rubber which forms a unified lining and cover. The outer ribbing provides excellent abrasion resistance.

Tubing cleanliness is maintained during and after extrusion including continue nitrogen purge, immediate capping and packaging in heat-sealed double polyethylene bags. The tubing coils are stocked in clean-room.
