The Femto-LiteTM is an 11 mm wide hot runner nozzle ideal for small closures, flip-top caps, personal care and multi-material / multi-colour products.
Engineered for applications requiring inside gating and tight pitch designs, its 19 mm pitch and a flange to tip heat profile make it suitable for a wide variety of thermoplastic resins.

The High Performance System HPS II combines the advantages of an internally heated heated hotrunner system with the possibility to use existing 230 V standard controllers. URR
The URR water nozzle produces a pressurized water spray which canbe continuously adjusted from a powerful straight jet, to a 160° round water curtain with a 11 meter (36 feet) diameter.
Please note the capacity changes in these two extreme operating conditions.
A strong rubber ring circles the diameter immediately behind the orifice, to avoid damages due to shocks.
URS
These lances make it possible to insantly switch among three different conditions, that is closed %u2013 straight jet %u2013 adjustable full cone spray.
The two larger size models can be supplied complete with an optional water curtain, to avoid the fire fighter beoing exposed to radiant heat from the open flame.

ULS is a small and light atmospheric plasma processor designed for surface treatment of any material (polymers, metals, glass, fabrics,…) of any shape.
The plasma head generates air plasma whose shape can be adjusted from a spot to a small curtain. Radicals and metastable species in the jet stream react chemically with the processed material.
The plasma is created by an electrical field developed between coaxial electrodes. A high frequency, high voltage is controlled by the generator.
The system is completely safe for the operator.

Plasmatreat jet heads are available in different versions having variable exit angles. Individual jets have a relatively small exit angle and so are more suitable for treating narrow areas. When wider surfaces have to be treated several plasma jets having a slit-shaped outlet or several rotating jets can be combined. The material being treated is activated to differing degrees depending on the speed of the jets and their spacing with respect to the material.

Bulk materials are frequently stored in hoppers and silos. To do different
environemental conditions and divers product caracteristics the discharge
and empting of such hoppers and silos can cause troubles.
On the market different discharge pads are offered. Gericke uses, beside of
its RA Bin Discharger and vibrating Bin Dischargers, aeration nozzles (flow
pad). This nozzles inject the 10 Nm3 air per hour and per nozzle in to the
hopper. By this measure the airflow fluidises the product and cleanes the
inside of the compartment.
The installation of the flow pad is very easy and simple just drill a hole
with diameter 53mm and fix the flow pad with 4 screws.

Selas nozzle mix burners offer many advantages over typical flame-type burners. They are designed to thoroughly mix combustion air and fuel gas at the nozzle so that it can burn quickly and completely. Combustion occurs within the nozzle, so the heat exiting from the nozzle cup is uniform, stable and highly controlled. This rapid combustion creates a quick release heat, radiated from fully reacted gases that are closer to a theoretical flame temperature, but with no danger of flame impingement on the workpiece.
Selas nozzle mix burners are ideal for smaller furnaces. Since there is no chance of flame impingement, the distance from the burner to the workpiece is shorter. You'll also save money on fuel costs with Selas nozzle mix burners because they require less air to fuel combustion.
