HPLC Columns
Fast LC Columns
Pursuit XRs Ultra 2.8 and Pursuit UPS 2.4 are designed to offer faster analysis with existing LC and LC/MS systems. They allow chromatographers to analyze samples faster while achieving higher resolution and reducing the cost per analysis without the need for capital investment. Both columns provide:
Method Development Flexibility - lower backpressures allow flows and mobile phases to be tailored to meet your applications needs
Maximum value. High performance separations achieved without the need for a new ultra high pressure system

Agilent J&W GC Columns are designed and manufactured to offer excellent and reproducible performance for the benign to the most difficult types of samples. With the lowest bleed levels, the best inertness for acids/bases/mixed functional compounds, and the tightest column-to-column reproducibility - Agilent GC columns are of higher quality and perform better than any other columns on the market.

Hamilton's polymeric HPLC columns combine the inertness and pH stability of polymeric supports with the pressure stability and durability of silica-based columns. Column packings are available for reversed phase, anion exchange, cation exchange, and ion exclusion separations.
Hamilton offers 19 different polymer-based HPLC columns for reversed phase, anion exchange, cation exchange and ion exclusion separations. Two silica-based C8 and C18 column materials are available for reversed phase separations.

These Drying Cartridges are designed for convenience and safety. Simply thread the 32 or 45mm bottom cap onto System 45 glassware, insert drying cartridge on top of the cap, thread top cap over cartridge. Desiccant may be placed directly between the two caps by placing two Zytex® liners in the caps and filling the top cap with desiccant. Drying cartridges may also be used with all glassware using GL-32 or GL-45 threads. Supplied with top and bottom cap and one drying cartridge

GraceSmartTM HPLC Columns
GraceSmart WebSpotlight
- Smart Quality
- Smart Performance
- Smart Value
Grace Davison Discovery Sciences sets a new standard in HPLC columns. From the silica particle to the finished product, our streamlined manufacturing delivers smart quality and smart performance. GraceSmart™ HPLC Phases use high purity silica and are monomerically bonded with uniform coverage. This translates into symmetrical peaks for acids/bases, and predictable reversed phase selectivity. GraceSmart™ columns show similar or better efficiency and asymmetries for challenging base and acid components in comparison to industry leading columns.

KNAUER HPLC and UHPLC columns
KNAUER offers an extensive range of columns and phases for HPLC. Our more than 35 years of experience in the field of liquid chromatographic separation techniques is evidenced by each and every column we deliver. High performance quality sorbents such as our very own Eurospher provide for excellent results. The process of manufacturing our HPLC separation columns has been thoroughly optimized. Strict criteria guarantee outstanding quality in batch-to-batch reproduction.
We design and manufacture HPLC column hardware ranging from 2 mm ID to 62 mm ID. Available column lengths range from 5 mm up to 300 mm. The column hardware is made of high quality stainless steel with a specially treated inner surface. The new Vertex plus column hardware has been further enhanced in terms of stability and lowest dispersion. PEEK columns for biocompatible applications are also available. Many models can be equipped with an integrated precolumn.

Smartline Column Oven 4050
Optimally suited for the majority of HPLC applications.
This column oven features heating and active Peltier cooling in the range from 10° below room temperature up to 140°C. Its contact oven design and equilibrating of the mobile phase before the column inlet ensure an even temperature distribution over the entire column for improved separation results. Active column eluate cooling minimizes peak broadening and noise/drift in subsequent detection.
