Operator terminals
TERMEX is an intrinsically safe operator panel family for hazardous areas
The text terminals TERMEX 220 and TERMEX 320 with a monochrome display (4 lines, each with 20 characters) are used for operator guidance, the presentation of measured values and message displays on systems of low complexity.
The monochrome graphics terminals TERMEX 230 and TERMEX 330 are used on systems with increased requirements in terms of presentation and operation. The graphics terminals have a single resolution of 240 x 128 pixels (maximum 14 lines, each with 40 characters) and permit a more ergonomic presentation of the operating pages by means of different font sizes and embedded graphics.
The intrinsically safe TERMEX terminals are connected to the respective PLC via the power supply unit in the safe area. Various interfaces are available for the transfer of data from and to the PLC.
The TERMEX terminals are available with ATEX approvals for Zones 1 and 2 (to category II 2 G) and Zone 22 (to category II 3 D).
TERMEX has also an FM-approval for the use in North America. The approval is in accordance with IS CL I, DIV 1, GP A, B, C, D.

The QTERM-G75 is an Ethernet-enabled, graphic human machine interface (HMI) terminal with Qlarity® object-based programming. It features a robust set of industrial grade hardware features and options.
VGA 640×480 pixels, lighted, TFT color graphic LCD display measuring 264 mm (10.4") diagonal. (An enhanced TFT display is available as an option).
Module with display, CPU board, touch screen and mounting bracket is available for integration into your panel.
Resistive touch screen and soft keys for user input. Touch keys can be placed on or around the display area. Optional PS/2 keyboard / keypad interface.
Ethernet 10/100Base-T interface available as an option. Supports TCP/IP, Modbus™ and other protocols.
Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) (IEEE 802.3af) option - Provide communications and power over a standard CAT5 Ethernet cable. A great way to reduce your installation costs and increase your flexibility. Requires a PoE-compatible hub/switch.
8 Mbytes of flash memory with 32 Mbytes RAM (standard) or 4 Mbytes of flash memory with 16 Mbytes RAM (PoE). Flash memory contains the firmware, user applications and file space.
EIA-232, EIA-422 or EIA-485 serial interface. Second EIA-232, -422 or -485 port available.
400 MHz Intel® XScale™ processor (standard) or 200 MHz Intel® XScale™ processor (PoE).

Industrially hardened to operate in many environmental conditions and meets NEMA-4 specifications for hose-down, icing and salt spray when mounted properly. CE Certified.
