The G3 Kadet series of operator interface panels offer a host of functional interface and connectivity features for applications where FTP access, data logging, and web server capabilities are not needed. The Silver Series Plus operator interface terminals offer a wide array of display sizes and connectivity options, high quality displays, enhanced data management and monitoring features, & high quality graphics & design options.
The enhanced displays come in 6”, 8”, 10” & 12” sizes, & all units feature 65K-color high-brightness, high-contrast TFTs with high-precision touchscreens.
The OITs deliver a wide variety of connectivity options. 10/100BaseT Ethernet allows for multiple high-speed network configurations. There are three USB 2.0 host ports, three COM ports, audio in/out ports, CompactFlash port, & 44-pin IDE interface.

The LabVIEW HMI family of industrial panels provides three different hardware platforms so LabVIEW developers and programmers can deploy operator interfaces alongside a broad range of NI product platforms. The National Instruments FPT-1015 is a 15 in. flat-panel touch screen for all PXI embedded controllers and a flat-panel monitor for the NI Compact Vision System. The NI TPC-2006 is a 5.7 in. Windows CE touch panel computer programmed with LabVIEW PDA to create a remote terminal for headless real-time controllers such as Compact FieldPoint and CompactRIO. The NI PPC-2015 is a Pentium 4 PC that runs Windows XP and works with a wide range of I/O devices from National instruments; it connects via Ethernet to all NI PACs. To create an HMI for a broad range of distributed data the LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) Module provides connectivity to NI hardware and third-party hardware through OPC, Modbus TCP/IP, and gateways for industrial communication protocols.

Operator terminals
TERMEX is an intrinsically safe operator panel family for hazardous areas
The text terminals TERMEX 220 and TERMEX 320 with a monochrome display (4 lines, each with 20 characters) are used for operator guidance, the presentation of measured values and message displays on systems of low complexity.
The monochrome graphics terminals TERMEX 230 and TERMEX 330 are used on systems with increased requirements in terms of presentation and operation. The graphics terminals have a single resolution of 240 x 128 pixels (maximum 14 lines, each with 40 characters) and permit a more ergonomic presentation of the operating pages by means of different font sizes and embedded graphics.
The intrinsically safe TERMEX terminals are connected to the respective PLC via the power supply unit in the safe area. Various interfaces are available for the transfer of data from and to the PLC.
The TERMEX terminals are available with ATEX approvals for Zones 1 and 2 (to category II 2 G) and Zone 22 (to category II 3 D).
TERMEX has also an FM-approval for the use in North America. The approval is in accordance with IS CL I, DIV 1, GP A, B, C, D.

Our Lowest-Priced Graphic OIT
When you need an operator interface that displays intuitive graphics, but need to keep cost to a minimum, consider the Blue Series graphic OIT. With a list price lower than most alphanumeric OITs, yet loaded with high-value features, these OITs are designed to meet your size and price needs.
Smaller than a 4 x 6 index card, the Blue Series OIT is made to fit in tight spaces. The membrane style keypad has five user-definable function keys and keys that support screen control and read/write access to PLC data. Each function key can be screen-dependent and allow two operations when used with the Shift key.
The graphics screen supports a resolution of 128 x 64 pixels on a high-contrast LCD. TrueType fonts allow a variety of text sizes, including international characters. With a graphics display, you can create a more intuitive OIT using bar graphs, meters & imported custom bitmaps that aren't available on a text display.
