HUMOR 20
High-precision humidity calibrator
The role of humidity calibrations that are accurate, reproducible, and documentable is becoming more and more important. The humidity calibrator HUMOR 20 developed by E E is the ideal reference instrument for these requirements and is traceable to international standards. The HUMOR 20 can be used in the humidity range of 10-95% RH both for monitoring cylindrical sensors and also for monitoring instruments with cubic dimensions.
Based on its operating principle, the HUMOR 20 can be used under typical conditions in a laboratory climate. For operation HUMOR 20 requires only distilled water, filtered oil-free air with a pressure of 10 bar and a power supply between 90-230V AC.
The operation of the HUMOR 20 is based on a fundamental two-pressure process and thus is similar to instruments used in national bureaus for standards.

The Opti-Cal is a stand-alone calibrator for RH sensors providing humidity and temperature profiling with an in-built, traceable cooled mirror reference hygrometer. The Opti-Cal compliments Michell%u2019s existing humidity generator range and adds the key features of temperature control, traceable reference and fast response.
Opti-Cal offers the opportunity to provide local calibration of RH sensors, without the need to send them away to a traceable laboratory or contract on-site calibration services. Opti-Cal will provide calibrations that are directly traceable to International Standards over a wide relative humidity range, and at any set temperature from 10 to 50 ºC.
System accuracy of /- 0.2 ºC dew point and 0.1 ºC temperature, with a measurement uncertainty (achieved through UKAS calibration of the dew-point and temperature sensors) of around /- 0.2 ºC at k=2 means that an overall uncertainty to better than 2% of measured value is achievable.

The S4000 Range of precision cooled mirror dewpointmeters offers the ultimate in accuracy, reliability and long term stability. Chosen as transfer standards by national laboratories world-wide, the S4000 range is renowned for its performance and reliability at a sensible price.
S4000 Integrale As the name suggests, instrument and sensor are integrated into a single bench mounting case available with a neat carry handle and weighing less than 10kg. Thus, making field applications such as critical measurements in power stations, on SF6 switchgear, or on process gases just as practical as the calibration of other hygrometers within a laboratory environment. Total measurement range %u201365 to 40oC dew point.

Calibration Sources or blackbodies are radiation sources with a nearly ideal emissivity in the infrared spectrum. These products generate reference temperatures for the calibration of thermometers, pyrometers, imaging systems and spectometers (Temperature ranges from -40 to 3000°C).
An extensive range of blackbodies guarantee the transfer of national calibration standards according to e.g. NIST, DIN/ISO and DKD. The instruments are used across industry and research. All blackbody calibration sources, wether standard or custom, are designed for the highest emissivity possible, largest aperture sizes and highest accuracy.

A comprehensive range of six LANDCAL blackbody calibration sources provides high precision calibration of radiation thermometers within the temperature range -10 to 1600°C/15 to 2900°F, both on-site and under laboratory conditions.
The sources are divided into two main groups, classified as being either primary or reference standard. The primary and reference standard sources are further divided into Portable, Transportable or Bench mounted groups.
Primary Standard Sources
The calibration of a primary source is traceable directly to National Standards via a certified probe installed in the radiation cavity.
Reference Standard Sources
Traceability to National Standards can be achieved either by using optional certified radiation thermometers for calibration by the comparison method, or by purchasing a certified source.

The leak / flow calibrator allows the checking of the calibration of leak and flow measurement instruments, as well as calibrated leaks and jets. This portable, compact and user friendly instrument is essential for checking the accuracy and repeatability of all leak and flow testers. You can now guarantee the quality of your products, whilst also complying with requirements such as ISO 9000
|
|
The leaks digital calibrator takes its origins by the needs to know the leak-off rate entity on volumetric terms [cc/min] or [cc/h].
Such requirement exists especially when tests are executed on air and gas sectors parts, on which the norms express the
leakage rates in [cc/min] or [cc/h].
The instrument is combined with a micrometrical cock (supplied in the equipment) in order to simulate the desired leak. ET11 allows the seal tests instrumentation parameters programming procedure.
This flow measure instrument utilizes a mass flow sensor and it is able to point out with precision and reliability the leakage
rates contained between 0,00 and 30,0 [cc/min].
This portable instrument, with compact dimensions and simple usage, is essential to verify the measure instruments and nozzles samples calibration and repeatability.
Compact dimensions:
ET11 is a portable instrument with extremely reduced dimensions: length 180[mm], width 80[mm], depth 35[mm] and weight 250[g].
Precision:
Measure resolution of 0,01[cc/min] till 6 [cc/min] and 0,1[cc/min] till 30[cc/min], measure uncertainty inferior to 1,5%.
Double scales:
2 measure scales: flow visualization in [cc/min] and [cc/h]

What if you could maintain and manage your fixedpoint gas monitor fleet without leaving your desk?
The advantages would be significant. Manually calibrating every fixed monitor in a facility is a time consuming distraction from your core business. The units may be in hard-to-reach places creating additional safety hazards. These and other obstacles make it difficult to follow industry best practices for routine testing and calibration.
iTrans™ DS2 Docking Station™ is the first system to automate calibration, record-keeping and instrument
diagnostics for fixed-point gas monitors. Hands-off maintenance and a snapshot view of your entire gas
monitor fleet allow you to:
• Maintain your gas monitors more safely, efficiently and reliably
• Increase equipment reliability
• Eliminate safety concerns
• Save money on calibration and testing
• Focus more resources toward your core business
A graphical user interface tool allows an administrator to view operations on each Docking Station from a network computer. From here, you can initiate calibrations and instrument tests remotely, print reports, set events, and run diagnostics for any or all instruments at any location.
The DS2’s flexible architecture minimizes installation costs, whether you’re managing one instrument or an entire fleet of fixed-mounted or portable instruments.
