The Vaisala HMT360 Series for Moisture in Natural Gas incorporates Vaisala's proven HUMICAP® sensor technology.
With three probe designs to choose from, the HMT360 Series is flexible enough to suit your installation requirements. Compatible with most existing sampling systems, it is easy to replace old or malfunctioning devices. Designed for high pressure systems, these probes can be installed directly into pipelines, eliminating the need for complex and expensive sample systems. With its ball valve set, the probe can be inserted and removed in low pressure systems. The transmitter is easily configured, and delivered with a one week lead time.
The HUMICAP® sensors are not damaged by glycol, and can tolerate saturated conditions and contact with water without causing measurement drift. The sensors dry down rapidly after exposure to water in the process or ambient conditions. The HMT360 Series is rated intrinsically safe for Class I Division I environments.
The stable HMT360 Series has a one year recommended calibration interval, thus saving maintenance costs and measurement downtime. Probes can be changed in the field in just a couple of minutes!

In many high purity gas applications, such as the semiconductor industry, the residual moisture content of the gas is critical to satisfactory operation of a process. Historically trace moisture measurement has been a difficult exercise, demanding the use of complex moisture analysers or expensive analytical techniques. Now Michell has brought to market a simple, economical and very effective solution for on-line measurement of dew-point temperatures down to -120 °C (equivalent to less than 1 part per billion). The PURA transmitter benefits from Michell's experience and expertise in the production and calibration of impedance dew-point sensors. Incorporation of industry standard materials and manufacturing processes gives the first low cost transmitter suitable for large-scale integration into a semiconductor fabrication plant or high purity gas line.

Systema spa has got a Division for the production of gas ovens for heating, drying and dehumidification using its own exclusive technology with the gas burner BAF used with special heat exchangers in special steel: this Division is called Comex Group.
This new range of ovens offers great advantages because they can be designed on measure and on specific request of the client.
Ovens have been produced for the sectors of foundry, varnishing, food industry, wine production, dairy farming .
Our handling and varnishing systems with automatic control of the density, drying and handling of the materials have the advantage to guarantee a high quality and continuous cycle of the production.
With this new technology of ovens with gas heat exchangers there is also the advantage of a prompt investment return, because the thermal KW produced by the gas is economically more convient than the electric thermal KW, and with less problems of energy supply.
In fact, the natural gas or LPG is everywhere in quantity at a convenient price while the electric energy, in addition to be more expensive is difficult to be found in quantity for industrial productions.
Contact us to take advantage of this new technology.

Bowman Exhaust Gas Heat Exchangers are designed to remove heat from the exhaust gas of engines and transfer it to the water circuit.
These heat exchangers therefore enable waste heat recovery and can be used on cogeneration/combined heat and power (CHP) equipment up to 700 kw.
These exhaust gas heat exchangers are constructed with stainless steel tubes, tube plates and body and cast iron end covers which allows use with biogas, diesel gases and natural gases.
Bowman exhaust gas heat exchangers can also be used to reduce the exhaust temperature in engines operating in hazardous environments where for safety reasons it is necessary to reduce the temperature of the exhaust gases

Through work with EPRI and various utilities, Foster-Miller has designed a specialty minimally invasive system for performing difficult visual inspections in gas turbines. Most gas turbine operators have used borescopes or videoscopes to inspect their equipment and are well aware of their limitations. Borescopes are too stiff to do a variety of inspection tasks, and videoscopes are too flimsy to be pushed very far into combustion cans or up rows of blading. Our custom-engineered tool overcomes these difficulties to provide access to the entire turbine from a few easily accessed ports, resulting in cost savings and reduced downtimes.
To perform a complete combustion system inspection, for example, conventional systems require a great deal of combustor disassembly, making them impractical. Our inspection system can be maneuvered throughout the entire combustion system through the easily accessed flame detector and spark plug ports.
From these access points, the tool can then be maneuvered up and down each combustion can from the fuel nozzles at one end to the first stage nozzles at the other end. The tool can go from can to can by using the cross-fire tubes connecting them. No other tool has the combination of stiffness and flexibility required.
