The Humidity Sensor is designed for imaging AFM measurements at ambient temperature and pressure. Humidity of the gas surrounding the sample is measured with a rugged solid state replaceable sensor. Sensor absolute accuracy is ±3.5% Relative Humidity (RH) with a repeatability of ±0.5%. The sensor operates from 0-100% non-condensing relative humidity. RH stability is typically ± 0.2%, RH typical at 50% RH in one year. The sensor's response time to changes in RH is 15 seconds.

WetBoss 100 - Relative Humidity Transmitter
WetBoss 100 RH Sensor -- Sensing humidity may seem easy, reflecting back on the original horsehairs and the like, but indeed, precise monitoring of RH is anything but easy. There is a fair amount of snake-oil in the industry, i.e. specs boasting of 0-100% ranges, knowing full well that the very low and very high ends are only estimates, and shrouded by the 5% FS tolerance. The mysique deepens when one discovers the virtual impossibility of reliably field recalibrating an RH sensor. Recognizing that the only way to assure continued accuracy, Rel-Tek engineered a field replaceable sensor head that can be simply plugged in without having to recalbrate the unit. In essence, the factory calibration follows the head, not the base unit. We make no bones about it, our unit is dependable between 5-95%. And, we can assure continued accuracy throughout the entire life of the product.
Thus, the WetBoss 100 has evolved over a dozen years into an honest, dependable, quality product that does the job without a wimper. Every year or so you can replace the sensing head -- a five minute job -- returning the sensor to its factory new calibration. Powered by 12-30VDC, 4-20ma, 2-wire hookup. It is MSHA classified for hazardous methane areas. A digital meter can be purchased for front panel mounting to continuously display the RH reading in 1/2" high characters. The WetBoss 100 is US-manufactrured and serviced. Rely on Rel-Tek for the best solutions.

HC105 / HC109
Capacitve SMD humidity sensors for mass applications
Based on the high-end HC1000 and HC101, HC105/109 was developed to meet the demands of automatic assembly lines for mass production at a competitive price.
Typical applications are automotive or home appliances.
HC105/109 sensors are positioned on the PCB at the same time as other SMD components and soldered using the reflow soldering method. Their small dimensions allow an easy and space saving design.
HC104-Kxx
Interchangeable SMD humidity sensor
HC104-Kxx is the latest development of the well proven HC103 SMD-mounted sensor. Additionally to the HC103 features, the dispersion of nominal capacity of HC104-Kxx is reduced to a minimum by a special laser trimming process in a lot of applications.
Time consuming humidity calibration is not necessary any longer. The result is an interchangeable sensor with excellent price/performance ratio, ideal for mass production in automatic assembly lines.
HC103M2
Fast high-end humidity sensors for meteorological applications (SMD compatible)
HC103M2 is based on the design of the HC103 series nevertheless with relevantly shorter response time (t90). This has been reduced to less than 3 seconds, which is twice faster than HC103.
The very short response time together with outstanding linearity over the entire working range and the highly reproducible temperature dependence are ideal for the use of HC103M2 in high end meteorological applications such as weather balloons.

TS UMD 00 probe is a 4-20 mA humidity transducer (proportional respectively to 0 and 100% of relative humidity) designed to obtain the humidity value of the environment where it is placed. The humidity survey uses a polymeric-capacitive sensor. The produced signal gets converted in a proportional 4-20 mA current and it is transmitted to the connected instrument.
TS UMD 01 has besides, a temperature transducer with 4-20 mA output (proportional respectively to -20 and +80 °C, -4 and +176 °F) designed to obtain also the temperature value; the temperature survey uses a PTC sensor.
TS UMD probes series are studied for wall installation with fixing clip.
