Optidew is based on the proven optical principle of dew point measurement. It offers a wide dynamic measurement range, from -50 to 90ºC dew point over a temperature range of -40 to 90ºC (up to 130ºC with optional high temp sensor). Optidew can act as dew point and temperature or relative humidity and temperature transmitter, providing the user with two linear 0-20mA or 4-20 mA outputs, software selectable, in addition to serial communications. Originally designed to withstand the rigours of monitoring the air intake to gas turbine-fired power stations, Optidew is capable of operating in almost any industrial environment.
Comprehensive user software provides the ability to easily set instrument parameters such as measurement units (RH, dew point, temperature, g/kg and g/m3), output range, ºC or ºF operation etc. The software also provides a datalogging and live charting facility as well as min/max/average calculation.
Optidew is available in single- or two-stage sensor variants and with integrated, remote or probe-type sensors. Two display options can also be specified, providing a simple 3.5 digit LED display or a more sophisticated back-lit LCD display.

Product Description:
Libratherm offers Relative Humidity and Temperature transmitter model HTX-3000 for measuring and transmitting the analogue and digital values proportional to these two parameters. HTX-3000 is designed using the latest micro-controller, incorporating Pt-100 class A element for temperature sensing and Monolithic sensor for %RH sensing. The two independent loop current outputs of 4-20mA proportional to both the parameters are available for remote measurement and indication. To suit industrial requirement the transmitter is available in both duct type and wall mounting type
assembly, and for the local indication of %RH and Temperature, two independent 4 digit 7 segment red LED displays are provided. For serial interface with PLC or DCS or with any other process controller – digital serial communication on RS485 bus with MODBUS RTU protocol in slave mode is also provided. Using RS 485 interface is advantageous, since number of wires as with the three wire of 4-20mA per transmitter can be avoided (3 wires multiply by no. of transmitters), since only two wires can be looped with multiple transmitters in multi-drop wiring. These transmitters finds application in HVAC, Climatic control, Stability chamber, Hospitals, Green houses, useful for Validation agencies and for regulatory requirement of FDA, CGMP, ISO14644 etc….

The HMP228 is a fast, reliable and accurate on-line detection system for water in oil.
Moisture measurements from lubrication oil can significantly cut maintenance costs and prolong machine lifetime. The HMP228 measures water activity and temperature from oil. In connection with oil, water activity measurement offers several advantages compared to the traditionally measured variable, parts per million (ppm). Water activity indicates directly whether there is risk for free water formation. The measurement is independent of the type, aging or temperature of the oil.
