By direct coupling minimizes lost motion (mechanical output : 90 to 95%). Rotary actuators offer distinct torque advantages for start/stop operation and the acceleration of large masses, and provides designers with an ideal power source for all type of mechanical motion.
Applications :
- toggle push clamp
- continuous rotation
- index – position
- turn and oscillate

Series AV2, HV2, A2
The Back-To-Back Cylinder is used where three or four-rod positions are required. Two cylinders are attached back-to-back using common tierods. Different strokes on each cylinder give the capability of four positive stop positions.
Advantages: Four positive stop positions possible, two cylinders with common tierod, independent rod movement on each end of unit.

Maximum Cylinder load 150 kg; please check also the maximum system load
Cylinder stroke up to 600 mm
The Cylinder requires an external guide mechanism. Please take care that there is no side load on the Cylinder
The tube connections and the piston rods can be combined in the way you prefer

3000 PSI WHD SERIES CYLINDER
FEATURES:
Configurable custom rod design
1-2 week lead-time
manufactured with Parker “Zero Leak” sealing technology
BENEFITS:
Additional outside diameter lip that prevents contaminates from entering the system by bypassing the OD of the wiper body.
Superior BTU rod seal increases the conformity of the seal to the rod. The second lip on the seal improves stability, limiting the rocking motion of the seal to reduce seepage
Buffer ring acts as a primary seal and pressure spike suppressor. The combination of rod seal and buffer ring results in an exceptionally dry rod for longer life.
Piston includes 2 wear rings and bronze filled PTFE seal designed for extension free, leak proof service
1045/1050 chrome plated, induction hardened, 100K rod is more resistant to damage to rod and seal
1026 DOM cylinder tube bores are skived and roller burnished to provide precision finishes for extended seal life
