Colder Products’ NS2 Series compact, non-spill quick disconnect couplings provides users with fast, safe and virtually leak-free fluid line connections. They completely eliminate the inconvenience of connecting/disconnecting conventional thread type couplings or flanges, fluid leakage, and professional hose kinking, while providing quick, convenient control and maintenance of fluid line connections.

“Mono” is a one piece component, made of a NO SKIVE ferrule with a crimped fitting, that is fixed together by a crimping process that guarantees perfect mechanical retention and hydraulic sealing. The “Mono” crimped fitting can be easily assembled to the hose and offers several advantages to the assembly centres, especially those working in extreme conditions, with very little access to advanced technical equipment and tight working schedule. Centres that benefit from easy and fast crimping, warehouse stock reduction, easily recognizable items and easy logistical management, seeing as the same fitting can be used for four types of industrial hoses: DIN 20022 1SN/2SN, EN 857 2SC, SAE 100 R 16.
The new “Mono” crimped industrial fittings are strictly quality controlled, in order to meet the high standards of Olmark and international directives. The “Mono” assembly procedure guarantees perfect results if it refers to the technical Crimping Tables published by the manufacturer.
Olmark has also developed an easy and effective tool that helps to verify the correct assembly of the “Mono” fittings to the flexible hose. The Olmark Hose Routing Kit, in fact, is a safe way of marking proper insertion depth before assembly.

MID has developed a new variable geometry coupling, which can swivel through 360 degrees: the DynaVariacor®. This internationally patented system provides in particular complete flexibility for use with all types of pneumatic tools and appliances.
The coupling is robust, light and compact; it reduces wear and avoids coiling of the feed professional hose. This coupling enables increased precision of movement of the tool by reducing the handling force required by the user, due to the relative rigidity of the feed industrial pipes. Operator comfort is improved. The DynaVariacor® products have useful features: the interior cross-section of the coupling remains constant at all angles, so pressure loss is minimised and flow rates are naturally optimum.

"Systematic oil care is of great importance to operators of fluid power and lubrication systems who wish to minimize maintenance costs and optimize the durability of both the oil and system components.
Checking both cleanliness and chemical composition is made easier by having a dedicated sampling port. Topping up the system through a dedicated G3/4 port fitted with a quick release coupling ensures cleanliness and facilitates the use of professional filter industrial carts.
By incorporating the above features with a level control, temperature control and breather filter with condition indicator, BÜHLER has designed an intergrated solution giving cost savings on installation and tank apertures. It should be noted that the filler port is totally isolated from the float tube in order to prevent incorrect level readings whilst filling/topping up.
