The LF... cylinder series is distinguished by flexible design of the differently equipped versions. This means greater flexibility when installing in machines and plants. The cylinders can be supplied without a collar thread, with metric or inch thread dimensions. Further options are fixing bores in the bottom of the cylinder and the piston rod.

Application

Range CGM1 is the version double stem of the CDM1. Range CSM1 based on range CDM1 has an incremental position sensor without contact. The position encoder is planned for exit analogical (0-10V OR 4-20mA) or digital display.

Range CGT3 is based on range CDT3 equipped with a double stem. Range CST3 is based on range CDT3 but has a position encoder without contact. The position encoder is planned for exit analogical (0 -10 Volts or 4.-20 my) or digital display IF. Possibility of flasquer a base plate gauges 6 or 10 directly on the jack.

The throats of housing of the joints on the piston answer the ISO 7425-2 and are identical for the types of joint M, T and V, i.e. an exchange of joints is easily realizable without changing the piston.

This system allows a remarkable increase in the staticsealing force in the end stroke position and is especially suited for use on punches for molds with a large surface coming in contact with the injected plastics frontally. They must always work in the end stroke position and are not suited for use with die-cast molds because of their reduced traction force and delicate structure.

The HDA double acting range offers the utmost in versatility and durability. Specifically designed for heavy duty lifting, construction and maintenance applications as well as presswork and industrial production,
the double acting design provides substantial pulling force in the piston retraction mode as well as providing fast, controlled retraction for continous duty cycle operation. All models up to 203 tonnes are supplied with flat saddle, piston rod threads and collar threads as standard. Models form 326 tonnes and upwards are supplied without collar thread and piston rod thread, however include replaceable titing saddle as standard. Standard range model are featured in this catalogue, however other stroke and tonnage options are available on request.

CFC cylinders are real all-round cylinders. There are a large number of different CFC cylinders available with different characteristics such as capacity, stroke or height, which will meet your requirements. They have a compact design and a long stroke. The design gives small installation dimensions. CFC cylinders are provided with scrapers to keep the piston free from dirt.
Available in capacities ranging from 5 ton to 100 ton. Models of 5 t, 10 t, 15 t and 25 t can be equipped with an adapter for accessories.
All cylinders are designed for a max. working pressure of 70 MPa (in case there are some exceptions, these will be mentioned in the text above).
