Heavy duty safety gate switch
The ATSTOP has a heavy duty tongue and head where the tongue allows a 12mm misalignment. The tongue and head unit can rotate in 90o increments. The product is ideally designed for machines without run down cycles where quick and frequent access to equipment is required, via either hinged or sliding doors.
When the machinery is in operation the tongue is engaged and the power is on. If accesss is required, the door is simply opened releasing the tongue from the unit,giving positively guided, forced disconnection of the safety switch contacts.

The Hercules access interlock is used on hinged and sliding doors as a part of a interlocking system with the function of preventing access to dangerous areas.

Spinner-Grip Flange Lock Nut
Spinner-GripTM Flange Lock Nuts are the latest innovation in locking nuts. Free Spinning installation eliminates the need to "wrench" the nut down the thread.
Grade 8 strength and quality, but will work with any grade of fastener.

Depending on the diameter of the insert, 2 or 4 grooves in the bush have 2 or 4 locking keys.
The fitting of the insert could not be simpler. It is enough to drill a hole, tap it to the required dimensions, screw in the insert and lock it in position by simultaneously pushing the 2 or 4 keys which will hold the insert against the walls and prevent it from rotating.
CLAV-SERT can be fitted in any material, whether ferrous or non-ferrous. |

Shaft nuts
Shaft nuts are highly precise mechanical components for mechanical engineering. They are used mainly for the attachment by camps on waves, can be used however also for the attachment of other elements, if particularly high requirements are placed against the attachment. Lock plates and grubscrews prevent the unintentional loosening of the connections.
Our shaft nuts are manufactured from high-quality steel and are subject to a high Fertigungsgenauigkeit. It is possible to achieve an even distribution of load on the threads and the camp unit what leads longer life span of the connection again to a higher rigidity and. Small leads of thread (fine threads) make an exact attitude of position and pre-loading for the shaft nut possible.

NORD-LOCK is a pair of washers with a wedge-locking action meeting DIN 25201 which is a unique method using tension instead of friction. The rise of the cams between the NORD-LOCK washers is greater than the pitch of the bolt. In addition, there are radial teeth on the opposite side. The washers are installed in pairs, cam face to cam face.
When the bolt and/or nut is tightened the teeth grip and seat the mating surfaces. The NORD-LOCK washer is locked in place, allowing movement only across the face of the cams. Any attempt from the bolt/nut to rotate loose is blocked by the wedge effect of the cams.
NORD-LOCK washers positively lock the fastener in a joint which is subjected to any kind of vibration or dynamic loads.
