Solenoid directional control on-off valves, atex valves and solenoid proportional valves
ARON has more than 25 years of experience in the hydraulic sector and since 2002 it has been a part of Brevini Fluid Power, a division of Brevini Group. A relevant part of the activity produces Cetop on/off valves and proportional valves, in different sizes (from NG4 to NG25).
The wide background knowledge, the accurate selection of suppliers, Research and Development activities and the excellent quality of the products – in terms of performances, cost and reliability – enable Aron to maintain a very important role on the market.
The Cetop range, recently completed with products suitable for applications in zones where explosive atmosphere may occur (Atex Directive), can satisfy every request of the mobile, agricultural and industrial markets, where innovation and quality are essential requirements.

These 2/2-way ball seated directional valves are either directly or pilot actuated by a solenoid. With the directly actuated version the valve passage is opened or closed by a cone whereas with the piloted a piloting duct of a stepped piston is opened or closed generating a pressure difference at the opposing facial areas of the piston forcing it in the open or closed position.
Type EMP is a proportional valve, acting like a throttle but with zero leakage in blocked position. The dampened version will increase the switching time for on/off controls (hydraulic ramp). The wet armature solenoids for the valve actuation are pressure resistant, where all moving internal parts are flushed by oil.
There is a wide range of connection blocks either for pipe connection or for banjo bolt mounting, which may feature optional elements such as drain valve, by-pass throttle, pressure switch, 2-way flow control valve etc.

Aron, a member of the Brevini Group, manufactures hydraulic components and manifold systems. The range of products includes Cetop components, related modular and proportional components, as well as electronic circuit boards, but the single and modular 6-way flow dividers deserve special mention. The sophisticated design of these parts make them ideally suited to a wide variety of applications, especially in agriculture. With a flow rate capacity of 20 to 80 lpm (5.3 to 21.1 gpm), this range is best suited to applications such as front loaders, mixer buckets, irrigator bars and other agricultural equipment in general, ensuring very limited pressure loss in relation to the performance delivered. Zinc plated versions are also available on request for use in particularly harsh conditions.

These cartridge flow control valves provide pressure- independent division of a flow of oil into a constant flow and a surplus flow. Inlet flow maximum 40 l/min.
MTCA
These valves provide pressure-independent division of a flow of oil into a constant flow and a surplus flow. The two part-flows can be pressurized independently of each other. With integral pressure relief function.
MTKA
These valves provide pressure-independent division of a flow of oil into a constant flow and a surplus flow. The surplus flow can be pressurized and can therefore be routed to an additional actuator.

Proportional Control Valves are controlled by electronic Amplifier control boards, and are commonly called electro-hydraulics. These Proportional Valves control direction and the amount of fluid flow or can control the amount of pressure within a system.
Electro-hydraulic controls are especially useful in situations where system speed must be tightly controlled, or where ramping up and down is needed to avoid sudden starts or stops. Electro-hydraulics also provides precise control in applications where hydraulic pressure must be built up steadily.
Continental Hydraulics Proportional products can help increase production and reduce down time by minimizing the shocks that occur from sudden changes as compared to standard components.
In conjunction with precision valves, Continental Hydraulics provides Electronic Control Amplifier Cards. These Amplifiers come in a variety of mounting styles, signal conditioning, PWM and Dither, Acceleration and deceleration limiting and current sensing circuitry to work with and accurately control proportional products whether in open or closed loop systems.
