P70CP
Pump flow max 90 l/min (23,5 US GPM)
Workpressure max 320 bar (4600 psi)
The P70 directional control valve is of modular construction. It is designed for many different applications and used extensively in machines such as lorry cranes, small wheeled loaders and concrete placing cranes.
The valve can be of the directly operated type, or can be equipped for electric, pneumatic or hydraulic remote control. A combination of direct and remote control is also possible.
The P70 is stackable and can be supplied in combinations of 1 to 10 spool sections, and also in combination with function manifolds.
Low lever forces: give comfortable operation when the valve is controlled directly.
Mid-inlet sections: enable compact system design, even in systems with several pressure levels.
Very wide range of applicationadapted spools: designed to optimise control characteristics.
Our proportional remote-controlled valves have pressure compensated spools: which further improves control and simultaneous-operating characteristics.
Low pressure drops: keep down energy losses and reduce the generation of heat.
Machined land edges in the valve housing: guarantee good control characteristics.

B&G Flo-Control Valves are used for preventing gravity flow in forced water systems and to permit summer-winter operation of indirect water heaters. Flo-Control Valves in NPT sizes ¾" to 2" are made in combination straight-angle patterns permitting installation in either horizontal or vertical pipe lines. Larger sizes may be furnished in either straight or angle patterns. Removeable top cap allows easy cleaning and service without removing pipe connections. Manual operating position for vertical lift disc to permit gravity circulation.

The brake system onboard a vehicle is vital for the safety of the vehicle. It is therefore important that the design of the vehicle and the design of the brake system are co-ordinated to give the optimal safety and good performance and that complements other modern cab ergonomics to reduce operator fatigue and give good machine feel.
The valves may be used in open centre, closed centre and load sense hydraulic systems.
The high flow capability of the valve permit use with wet brakes, which typically require more flow for actuation.
Reduced mechanical drag and power loss by allowing the wet brake discs to be further apart when not applied.
A wide range of actuating forces can be specified, including stagemodulating springs for more progressive feel.
A floor-mounted pedal is available in a range of pre-set angles, with optional heel plates.
The valve may be mounted vertically or horizontally beneath the pedal.

Continental Hydraulics PowrFlowTM Directional Control Valves offer some of the highest flow and pressure ratings in the industry today, making them the perfect choice whether you are designing a new system or just simply trying to get more out of your current system. Noted for superior performance and durability, Continental Hydraulics Directional Control Valves are a great investment.
With 12 standard spools, numerous specialty spools and 7 functions, these directional control valves can be ordered to meet the specific needs of your applications.
Precise bore honing and spool grinding results in less cross-port leakage and less wasted energy. These precision valves also allow for interchangeable spools for easy field maintenance and eliminate the need to change valve body when changing spools.
Spools utilize U-groove machining making them more tolerant of contaminants than v-groove designs resulting in less spool hang-ups. Bolt heads are below the spool centerline to reduce the body distortion that can lead to sticking spools and loss of production.
Control options include solenoid, lever, air, soft shift and cam operators.
All valves are 100% tested and come with a standard 3-year warranty.
Our CAD/CAM system takes the design directly from computer to high-speed CNC machining centers. Set ups are fast and multi-part designs are no problem. We can easily produce directional control valve variations for even greater flexibility. Click here to tell us what you need.

Proportional Control Valves are controlled by electronic Amplifier control boards, and are commonly called electro-hydraulics. These Proportional Valves control direction and the amount of fluid flow or can control the amount of pressure within a system.
Electro-hydraulic controls are especially useful in situations where system speed must be tightly controlled, or where ramping up and down is needed to avoid sudden starts or stops. Electro-hydraulics also provides precise control in applications where hydraulic pressure must be built up steadily.
Continental Hydraulics Proportional products can help increase production and reduce down time by minimizing the shocks that occur from sudden changes as compared to standard components.
In conjunction with precision valves, Continental Hydraulics provides Electronic Control Amplifier Cards. These Amplifiers come in a variety of mounting styles, signal conditioning, PWM and Dither, Acceleration and deceleration limiting and current sensing circuitry to work with and accurately control proportional products whether in open or closed loop systems.

The PLC series auxiliary valves are direct-acting, factory-set pressure relief valves of the cartridge type that can be supplied with or without a threaded plug. They can also be supplied with housings to facilitate in-line installation. PLC valves are intended primarily to act as combined pressure-relief and anti-cavitation valves - otherwise known as port relief valves - in the service ports of our directional valves. However, they can also be used to advantage in other situations where pressure relief valves in this size range are required. Indeed, PLC cartridge valves are purchased in great quantities by several of the world%u2019s leading pump and transmission manufacturers.

The 289 Series relief valves are spring-loaded throttling relief valves used downstream of pressure regulators to protect the downstream system from overpressure. A smooth throttling action minimizes pressure surges in the system during relief operation. The 289 Series relief valves are ideal for low-pressure settings due to the increased sensitivity provided by a large diaphragm area. The 289 Series relief valves are designed for pressure control; they are not ASME safety relief valves.

187 and 281 PRI
The 187 and 281 PRI valves are specifically designed to be the smallest valves available for safety relief applications. Both are constructed entirely of stainless steel and are available screened and unscreened for design flexibility. Built-in damping assures quiet operation.
The 187 PRI is the smallest relief valve, only three sixteenths of an inch in diameter and a little over a half inch long, covering cracking pressures from 20 to 100 psid. The 281 PRI offers 29 standard cracking pressures from 80 to 3,600 psid.
375 and 500 MOMENTUM PRI
The 375 and 500 Pressure Relief Valves use the patented “momentum free” design concept. The unique design compensates for momentum forces that upset the normal force balance of a direct acting valve. These forces are produced by local pressure gradients caused by changes in liquid velocity. (See “Momentum Forces” on page M20). The result is a valve that is both linear and stable throughout the operating range and has low hysteresis, yet is still miniature. The 375 PRI has full open flow capacity of 100 Lohms and the 500 PRI has a 50 Lohm capacity. Both are available in standard cracking pressures from 50 to 500 psid.
