PONAR WADOWICE S.A. – the main manufacturer of hydraulic control components and systems in Poland – it has developed and improved its products for forty years. Experienced staff, modern machinery and the many years’ cooperation with customers such as for example CATERPILLAR, DYNAPAC or BOSCH- REXROTH ensure the high, stable product quality.
Our manifolds are manufactured in accordance with the Quality Management System implemented in 1998 which complies – after the recertification - with ISO 9001:2001. This system ensures the high quality of our products and services which meet the needs and expectations of our Customers.

OMT manufactures manifold blocks in aluminium (standard), type CETOP2, CETOP3 and CETOP5 and also special series made in Cast Iron/ steel.
The OMT blocks have the possibility of developing circuits in parallel or series and allow to fit the relief valve.

We supply subplates and manifolds with different port options. There is also an optional relief valve cavity. Our products are available to match a variety of cartridge relief valves manufacturers including Sun Hydraulics, HydraForce, Delta, Deltrol, Compact Controls, Modular Controls and others. Subplates can have side, bottom or both ports. Manifolds have an isolation option to allow two independent pressure and/or tank ports. There are also two different valve spacing options for each manifold.
We have a full line of adapter, transition, tapping and cover plates. Adapter plates mount to your existing equipment and allow the newer valve patterns be mounted saving plumbing time and expense. Tapping plates allow instillation of gauges without external plumbing. They are also available the "B" port connected to tank for pressure dump circuits. Our manifolds are manufactured for D02 through D10 NFPA patterns. The number of stations available on our manifolds are from one to sixteen. We normally stock up to 10 station manifolds.

The Film Manifold consists of several layers of resin film bonded together
in which fine channels are engraved. It is much smaller and lighter than
glass or resin block manifolds and can be used in microfluidic applications
such as chips or reactors. It is bendable and temperature control of the
channels is easy. Our miniature valves etc. can be mounted on the film
manifold.

Standard manifolds with 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 cavities:
ALBA, in accordance with its experience in manufacturing thousands of manifolds for hot runner systems, has developed a complete new series of manifolds designed to provide reduced costs and quick deliveries. This series of "standard manifolds" will be available for 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 drop applications. Over 50 standard manifolds will now be available that can be used with nozzles of different diameters and the design of these manifolds allows the flexibility of different channel sizes so that either our type "D" nozzles or our new type "F" nozzles, in the different diameters, can be used. The manifolds are fitted with cal rod heaters pressed into place to ensure even heating of the manifold and provide long heater life. Ceramic connectors are used on the heater leads to provide for the customer easy electrical connections as well as excellent insulation. One or more thermocouples are placed in the manifolds at a position suitable to detect and maintain the correct temperature for the material being processed. Since all of the dimensions for the manifolds and related accessories are available in our catalogue, mold design is greatly simplified and projects can be designed immediately thereby reducing the time to project completion. ALBA will also continue to manufacture its current line of manifolds designed to meet customer requirements for "sandwich" molds, 2 materials or 2 colours, vertical injection for different customer defined applications.

Special manifolds, wired systems and hot halves:
The manufacturing dedicated special manifolds, bi-injection multimaterial, sequential injection, with pneumatic or hydraulic valves, allows Thermoplay to meet the requirements in hot mould construction, applied to automotive, packaging, electronics, medical, electrics, aeronautics, micro-mechanics, hobbies, toys, domestics, etc.
Upon the customer's requirements Thermoplay can supply special hot channels either with the following characteristics:
A. Hot channels inside constraining manifolds (hot-half) which can be directly assembled in the printing plate.
B. Hot channels with electronic and hydraulic wirings, which can be directly assembled in the moulding system, without any further wiring.
C. Special manifolds including nozzles and accessories (ex. injection bushings), not assembled and without wirings.
In case of "special" manifold requirement, the dimensions indicated for the standard manifolds has not to be considered. In case the customer needs these information please contact Thermoplay or its representative for that country.

The hot runner systems produced by Asso s.r.l. are designed with cad-cam evolved systems, realized by cnc modern machines and tested in metrologic rooms by tridimensional machines always under numerical check.
Asso hot runners permit to distribute plastic material into several nozzles by keeping polymer flowing up to the injection point and totally eliminating its slag.
Asso hot runner systems are made to standard measures or on customer’s specific requests.

EWIKON offers a complete range of advanced valve gate systems for applications with highest demands regarding the part quality.
EWIKON valve gate systems are used in all branches of the plastics processing industry. The range of applications covers the use in multi-cavity moulds in the packaging and medical industry as well as the production of large parts in the automotive industry.
EWIKON valve gate systems are available with different needle drive versions and flow channel diameters from 3 mm to 22 mm. Thus, they can easily be adapted to specific application and mould design requirements.
