Filters
Line-type: filter for petroleum base fluids featuring spin-on throw-away cartridge. Rated to 200 psi. Standard return line installation with bypass relief. Suction line models also available. Condition indicator optional. 10 or 25 micron elements.

| The pressure line filter is an essential part in most hydraulic systems. When the hydraulic components are sophisticated, with close tolerances and a regulation function (not simply that of control) the use of filters in the pressure lines is a must. |

Type ABZFD...-DIN
Pressure filters acc. to DIN 24550 for installation in pressure lines:
- Filter elements based on inorganic fiber
- Adsorption of finest particles over a wide pressure differential range
- High contamination retention capacity due to large specific adsorption surface
- High bursting strength of filter elements (e.g. in the case of cold starts)
- Filter ratings 10 µm and 3 µm absolute
- Mechanical visual and electrical clogging indicators
Type ABZFR...-DIN
Return flow filter acc. to DIN 24550 for direct tank installation:
- Filter elements based on inorganic fiber
- Excellent separation characteristics (-values) over a wide pressure differential range
- High contamination retention capacity due to large specific adsorption surface
- High bursting strength of filter elements (e.g. in the case of cold starts)
- Filter ratings 10 µm and 3 µm absolute
- Mechanical visual and electrical clogging indicators |

Return-line filters retain all the contamination created within the equipment and flushed out of the hydraulic circuit, thus preventing contamination entering the circuit via the tank and pump, with all its negative implications.

Filter Aspiration-Return now available with elements LEIF®
Technical description:
Conceived for the mobile equipment with loop closed for the hydrostatic transmission and an open hydraulic system
Oil return of the open system and aspired oil of the closed loop thus filtered by only one unit
Food under positive pressure of the oil of return filtered coming from the system open to/the pump (S) of cramming of the hydrostatic transmission
Patented elements ecological LEIF® (Low Environmental Filter Impact) from now on assembled out of standard
Offer to the originators systems an optimal protection.
Advantages:
Avoid the cavitation of the pumps and extension the lifespan of the components
Improve the reliability of the system thanks to a quality of guaranteed filtration

Any work with cutting tools in general, grinding, warm rolling, washing etc., where a medium filtration quality is required.

| We have named PUMP CARE the Suction Filters because thanks to their function of protection from coarse contamination (due to lack of initiai cleaning or to an accidental ingression) they take care of the pump, ensuring a safe and efficient operation. |
