Automatic Industrial drain Professional filters are highly effective in removing
professional oil and liquid-borne particulate matter. These units are
recommended for use when clean air or inert professional gas
environments are required in laboratory air, process control, instrument and compressed air systems.
Automatic Drain Filters have the following features:
- Pre-filters remove water and dirt particles from air lines
up to a maximum size of 5 microns.
- Coalescing filters are available in 0.3 micron and 0.01
micron sizes to remove 99.9% of oil mist.
- Maximum operating pressure of 150 psig.
- Differential pressure automatic drain provided on
1/4" port, 5-micron pre-filter. Float type automatic drain
provided on all others.

Compressed air condensate generally has far more oil than
20 mg/l content. The user has two possibilities.
Firstly, he can have the condensate taken away by a specialist waste disposal firm at great cost. Alternatively, the user can process the condensate on site by separating the oil and the water, which forms the largest
proportion.
ZANDER’s ecosep S high efficient oil water separator and
the ecodrain automatic drain, offer compressed air users a
complete condensate management system to achieve an oil content, in water of 10 mg/l or below which can be discharged into the effluent system.

Sunfab strainer for separate installation on the suction pipe
Sunfab strainer type 150 is an inexpensive guarantee against operational stoppage due to contaminants such as brazing blobs, brazing flakes, etc, which can often occur in the system, especially after new installations
Sunfab strainer is single use but can be flushed clean if necessary
Sunfab strainer type 150 functions as a coarse professional filter and does not replace the normal return filter
Sunfab strainer is intended for pump type SL. It must not be used with pump type SC because of the increased pressure in the suction pipe

System Features
Hydraulic oil even when new will have a certain level of particle
contamination, and is typically graded at ISO 17/13/14. When oil
is added to a system further contamination can occur. Whilst
under operating conditions air and moisture, as well as particles
from professional seals and hoses, can add to the contamination and
degradation of the oil. Professional fitting a Filtakleen professional filter will not only
reverse this process but it will clean your oil so thoroughly it will
be cleaner than when it was new! |

Lubricating oil heating filtration system UVM-F-10-4.0 is intended for heating and filtration of insulating and lubricating oil in order to clarify from particulates, soot, free and soluble water, alkali, water-soluble acids. The viscosity of oil is not to exceed 70 cSt at temperature +50°C.
As well we have model UVM-F-0.5. The peculiarities of UVM-F-0.5(micro) model are that it is compact, mobile filtrating machine that can be transported with one person. For a better effect oil to be filtered must be pumped through the professional filter 4 or 5 times.

These units are for use in reducing the rate of pollution of hydraulic fluids and maintaining the required level of cleanliness.
They offer an alternative to the replacement of used oil with new oil.
These motor-pumps are tailor-made to designs developed with the design offices of our industrial clients.
They are used for filtering the oil on installations which require regular servicing, avoiding the premature wearing of the components and therefore the number of breakdowns and production stoppages.

Deep vacuum system UVM-10M is used for thermal vacuum degasification, azotizing, drying, heating and purification of transformer, cable, turbine and other oils for removal of gases, free and soluble water and particulate matter. The system is applied while installation, repair and operating of oil-filled high-voltage equipment up to 1150 kV (power transformers, high-voltage switches etc.) as well as turbines.
The system can be exploited for heating of oil-filled units with hot oil and for vacuumizing of power transformers.
The system consists of two isolated sections: the oil section and vacuum section interconnected with a vacuum conductor.

Industrial transformer oil zeolite treatment system UVM-Z-3.5 is used for treatment of electric insulating oils (viscosity is not to exceed 70cSt) by means of zeolite (sorbent) in order to eliminate mechanical impurities, soluble and free water, to decrease acidity of oils. The zeolite agent is restored subsequently directly in the system. The system is applied while installation, repair and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment.
Design and process description
The system consists of two autonomous blocks: heating & filtration block and zeolite cartridge block interconnecting with flexible hoses.
The heating & filtration block consists of oil heater, pump unit, cartridge pre-professional filter, cartridge fine filter, control professional cabinet and pipelines.
The cartridge filtration is composed of cylindrical vessel wherein filter element is located with a set of magnets. Cleaning of magnets occurs on changing filter element (cartridge). Pre-filter’s filtration fineness is 40 mcm, fine filter’s filtration fineness is 5 mcm.

The system UVM-10-0.6 serves for thermal vacuum dehydration and degasification of electrical insulating and lubricating oils in order to withdraw free and soluble water, gas as well as for removal of particulates. They are applied while installation, repair and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment.
The system consists of oil heater, fine professional filter, oil pump, pre-filter, vacuum pump specification, vacuum vessel, adsorber, control professional cabinet, pipelines and cocks.
Heater drive circuit is interlocked with pump drive circuit. In the control cabinet is located magnetic starter, heat regulator supporting set range temperature, indicator lamp.

Lubricating oil regeneration system UVM-R-0.7 serves for full regeneration and improving of transformer oil’s acid number by means of adsorbent of electrical insulating oil, viscosity of which does not exceed 70 cSt at temperature 50°C. The system restores oil to its virgin properties. The system is able to effectively remove contaminants such as acids and sludge from the oil as well as rectifying the color and restoring oxidation stability of the oil.
The system is used while installation, repair and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment up to 1150 kV (power transformers, high-voltage switches etc.).

In order to prevent paraffin separation and clogging of the filter at low ambient temperatures, pre-warming with electric industrial heating elements or recirculation of fuel that has been warmed by the engine is used in our fuel professional filters.
For newer generations with even higher requirements, MAHLE has opted for two separate filter stages during water separation.
The first filter phase consists of a cellulose filter medium with an untreated melt-blown contact surface for increasing the contaminant absorption capacity. This melt-blown contact surface optimally causes the many small droplets to coalesce into larger ones. The particulate filter in the shape of a pleated star even agglomerates the finest water droplets.
The second filter phase consists of a water separator, whose hydrophobic professional fabric with a mesh width of 25 µm divides the barely stable emulsion, thus separating the water. As this occurs on the clean side of the filter, it is referred to as clean-side water separation.
