CEJN ultra-high-pressure hose assemblies feature high-pressure, spiral-reinforced polymer hose styles, constructed of multiple layers of spiral steel reinforcement with thermoplastic covers and tubes. Hose can be cut to any length and combined with multiple end connection possibilities.

There is a fundamental problem with larger sizes of the standard, smoothbore PTFE hose products - as the hose size increases above 3/8", so smoothbore PTFE lined hose become significantly less flexible, and more easily kinked.
Hyperline FX is a new and revolutionary solution to this problem, providing a unique hose liner design which is flexible in the larger bore sizes, yet which retains a smooth bore.
The advantage of a smooth bore as compared with a convoluted bore is that it is easy clean, and does not create 'turbulent flow', which drastically reduces fluid flow rates.
Hyperline FX includes a PTFE liner which is smooth bore on the inside, but heavily convoluted on the outside. The liner is usually overbraided with Stainless Steel wire to provide reinforcement against pressure. The actual bore sizes of Hyperline FX hose are sized to fit hydraulic fittings, slightly larger than the nominal size, same as Hyperline SB.
Hyperline FX is used in the same applications as Smoothbore, but has a wider range of applications because it is much more flexible and kinkproof in sizes above 3/8" (9.5mm).

Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation announced today that at the end of June 2008, the hydraulic specialists from Eaton Aeroquip will extend their product portfolio with the addition of the GH 200 in sizes - 12 and - 16, a 4-spiral hose for standard applications in the high-pressure area. As a supplier of hydraulic components, Eaton is satisfying the particular requirements of its customers for high-performance yet low-cost DIN hoses for high-pressure applications. The new hose not only meets the requirements of DIN EN 856/4SH, it also significantly exceeds the 400,000 impulse cycles required in the norm at up to 420 bar work pressure.
Until now, the 4SH spiral hose GH506, which easily withstands 2 million flex-impulse cycles, accounted for most of production in the product portfolio of Eaton Aeroquip. It is used primarily in initial equipment. With the new GH200, for the first time customers can purchase a 4SH hose for standard applications with 500,000 impulse cycles. The new hose has been specifically developed for customers who require product that complies with the DIN standards. Product manager Kristin Fiolka explains: 'Compared to our competitors, the new hose programme is a very cost-effective solution for extreme-pressure applications based on standard conditions on the market. This price statement refers both to the hose as well as to the large number of fittings configurations of approx. 60 parts numbers.'
