Single or progressive dies (blanking, pressing) can produce several thousand parts an hour - exceptional reliability, precision and durability.

That makes it possible to safeguard the whole of the parameters of configuration, high race, slow speed, low of race and force (water pressure). The adjustment of the pushing force, as well as decompression are managed by a valve of pressure proportional.
By this principle, the changes of campaigns are simple and fast, we can safeguard approximately 50 programs according to the memory automat.
The hydraulic machines are equipped with distributers CETOP 06 or CETOP 10, the whole of the hydraulic material is assembled closest to the cylinder.

An amply dimensioned welded construction, very sturdy monoblock frame, and hydraulic driving by means of an axial piston pump with automatic output regulation guarantee reliability, productivity and precision.
Both tables have “T” slots for the easy and quick fixing of a very wide variety of tools.
For deep drawing jobs where the parts have to be removed, we recommend versions A with double action, i.e., with ejecting cushion.

This type of production solution is well suited for running cut blanks, circular as well as square, or for coil feeding directly into the press.
The tool set in this plant consist of several tools and tool changes are easily carried out through the long side of the press.
The hydraulic press runs continuously and has robust guidings for the best possible absorption of deflection forces.
The transfer feeder is especially designed for press automation with tool sets in multiple steps. The machine has three axes and is mounted directly on the press frame. The transfer feeder rails, where the gripper fingers are mounted, are easily exchanged when running different products.
The plant is equipped with an operator's terminal for optimal control and supervision of the entire press line. This terminal controls and supervises all machines in the line.
