Description and Applications:
A4VS is a pump with variable cubic capacity for industrial applications in high pressure and power. Its design in tilted plate allows him the most dynamic regulations and of the possibilities of combinations out of multiple pumps.
A4VS is declined in two families: open circuits and closed circuits
- a4VSO proved its reliability in traditional open circuits of type "presses", but also in the secondary regulations of type "testing ground".
- a4VSG is employed in the closed circuits, for applications such as the tunnellers. It envisages the options of cramming, sweeping and limitation of pressure. A compact version exists under name A4CSG
The diversity of the applications for which a4VS was requested led to many options of ordering of cubic capacity: hydromechanical or electronic regulations of pressure, flow, power; order of cubic capacity by hydraulics, electric, manual, valve proportional.
Features/performances:
Cubic capacities: 40cc with 1000cc
Pressure rating = 350 bar
Intermittent Pmax = 420 bar
Number of revolutions: until 3700tr/min for A4VSG in 40cc
Operation with not easily flammable fluids type HFA, C, D
1- A4VSO: to see RF92050
2- New A4VSO for fluids water-glycol: to see RF92053
3- A4VSG: to see RF92100
4- A4CSG: to see RF92105

PP - Air/hydraulic pumps (series 1000)
PP-1000 air/hydraulic pumps are very compact one-stage pumps that work in any position, horizontally or vertically thanks to a rubber bladder built in to the tank. The pumps can be operated by hand or foot.
• High oil flow.
• Easy to fill and check oil level.
• Safety valve prevents overfilling the tank.
• Return oil line can be connected to oil filler hole.
PP70-1000 - for those pumps we recommend gauge AMT801 and gauge adapter AVM204. Other combinations of gauge and gauge adapter are however possible.
PP70-1000/LS201, PP70-1000/LS250 - PP70-1000 pumps are available in a pre-mounted version with 2 m or 2,5 m hydraulic hose, quick coupling (AQI7) and swivel coupling (ASE10).

Type T Pump
With the series type T we offer a program with several variants and constructions for the transport of almost all pumpable media.
It can be used up to maximum rotational speeds of 1500 rpm at pressures up to 16 bar. The rotational speed is basically determined by the viscosity or lubricity of the pumped medium.
At viscosities in excess of 10000 mm²/s the medium to be pumped should flow to the pump. In case of suction heights of more than 7 m LC and admission pressures in excess of 2 bar please contact our engineering department as larger piping cross sections will be required!
The pumps are driven by electric motors, backgeared motors, belt drives adjustable gear motors, or similar.
All pumps can operate with clockwise or counter-clockwise sense of rotation.
- pulsation-free pumping delivery
- independent of sense of rotation
- sturdy construction
- easy mounting
- wide selection of materials
- several sealing variants
- for packings with suction bore

Leakage free, sealless structure
The pump mechanism is the magnetic drive type. Free of leakage trouble, the pump is suitable to be incorpotated in various equipment.
Superior corrosion resistance
The wetted parts are manufactured from superior corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, PPS, and PEEK. Therefore, the pump can be used to transfer various types of chemical solutions.
Long life design
Each part that is precision processed using Iwaki's original technology excels in thermal resistance, therefore does not cause pump troubles due to thermal expansion of the parts. Even when operated for long continuous hours, the pump should exhibit superior durability.

PH pumps are robust, reliable piston grouting pumps, offering the possibility of computer piloting, with many improvements in safety and piloting.
Use
PH pump range is very large and allows covering the complete grouting range, from fine ground treatments to drilling injection. All pumps can grout loaded mud or great c/w slurry. PH 15 or PH 125 or PH 160 body can be directly mounted on drilling rigs. PH 2x5 and PH 15 can be mounted in one container, with integration of mixer and grout machines, eventually piloted by one computer for complete integration.
Versatility
The PH pump range is very easy to start and to maintain. All pumps are equipped with an automatic greasing unit. All pumps can be handled with a fork lift truck or with a crane. All pumps are equipped with a potentiometer in order to regulate the grouting flows.
Performance
The PH pump range has a large panel of grouting pressures (from 0 to 250 bar) and of flows (from 0 to 470 l/mn).
Safety
All PH pumps have been designed with automatic stop safety at the piston site, in case of opening.

INDUSTRIAL PUMP
Leduc axial pumps are of the stationary cylinder block type. The inclined
swashplate is turned by the drive shaft, thus causing the alternate movement of the pistons. Fluid enters the pistons via a groove in the swashplate and is expelled via check valves, self–priming if required. The forces on the shaft are taken up by bearings. The pump body is made of forged steel.
A precise calculation of the stability of the films of fluid between the friction surfaces means that there is virtually no wear on the moving parts.

The PFVI series is a fixed displacement vane pumps for applications for industrial hydraulic equipment. The PFVI is a 12 vane design rotating group that has been engineered for quieter operation for the in-plant industrial environment.
The Parker fixed displacement vane pumps are of rugged cast-iron construction and are less sensitive to system contamination than most other hydraulic pump designs. The vane design produces a more smooth supply of oil that minimizes "hydraulic ripple". A desirable feature in all hydraulic systems.
PFVI vane pumps are hydraulically balanced designs that reduce bearing loads thereby minimizing maintenance and maximizing service life. The cartridge style design of the rotating group allows for quick and cost efficient servicing.
Combining this broad selection of fixed vane pump displacements and optional features with Parker's complete offering of gear, piston and variable vane pumps enables selection of the best pump for your demanding hydraulic requirements

FEATURES:
Full Pressure Shaft Seal — The Parker full pressure input shaft seal is able to withstand full system back pressure up to the pressure rating of the Hydraguide. This enables operation of auxiliary hydraulic functions downstream of steering.
Linear Valve Spool — The linear valve spool is less subject to stick and damage in the event of system contamination and allows generally better control.
Pressure Dams — Pressure dams provide a barrier of pressurized system oil between metered oil and return. Pressure dam valving provides more precise steering due to the reduction of lost leakage oil from the metering element.
Vaned Rotor — The spring biased vanes in the rotor tips reduce leakage between pockets in the metering group. This provides more precise and positive steering.
Pressure Balanced Metering Group — All Parker designs utilize a pressurized envelope around the metering package (rotor set—commutator) to reduce slippage leakage and provide more precise steering control.
Manual Emergency Steering — A ball check valve allows manual steering in emergencies when pump flow is interrupted. If the vehicle is large enough to require more than 100 ft.-lb. steering wheel torque in the manual mode, another means of emergency steering is recommended.
