The Brand, shuttle valve has two inlet ports and one outlet port. The purpose of the shuttle valve is to accept flow from the inlet with the higher pressure and to route it to the outlet, while keeping the inlet flows isolated from one another. We manufacture shuttle valves in two sizes SHV50C and SHV25. The SHV50C has 1/2" NPT ports, capable of 0-15 gpm (0-57 lpm) and a peak pressure drop of 15 psi (1.0 bar). SHV25 has 1/4" NPT ports, capable of 0-5 gpm (0-19 lpm) and a peak pressure drop of 50 psi (3.4 bar).

Two-way hydraulic valves
Cast, ductile iron bodies provide for very large flows.

The seated valves are direct operated. The balls which are situated in the cartridge are pressed on the valve seat via springs or are opened via tappets. Hardened balls and valve seats ensure long life.

The PLC series auxiliary valves are direct-acting, factory-set pressure relief valves of the cartridge type that can be supplied with or without a threaded plug. They can also be supplied with housings to facilitate in-line installation. PLC valves are intended primarily to act as combined pressure-relief and anti-cavitation valves - otherwise known as port relief valves - in the service ports of our directional valves. However, they can also be used to advantage in other situations where pressure relief valves in this size range are required. Indeed, PLC cartridge valves are purchased in great quantities by several of the world%u2019s leading pump and transmission manufacturers.

Flow Control Valves/Flow Control and Check Valves
These valves are pressure and temperature compensating type valves and maintain a constant flow rate independent of change in system pressure (load) and temperature (viscosity of the fluid). They control the speed of the actuator precisely. The valves with an integral check valve allow a controlled flow and reverse free flow. Repeated resetting can be made easily with a digital readout.

Low Noise Type Pilot Operated Reliel Valves
Pilot operated relief valves here have been particularly developed as low noise type. To protect the pumps and control valves from an excessive pressure, the valves are used to control the pressure in the hydraulic system to constant level. The remote control and unloading can be done by using the vent circuit.

The 289 Series relief valves are spring-loaded throttling relief valves used downstream of pressure regulators to protect the downstream system from overpressure. A smooth throttling action minimizes pressure surges in the system during relief operation. The 289 Series relief valves are ideal for low-pressure settings due to the increased sensitivity provided by a large diaphragm area. The 289 Series relief valves are designed for pressure control; they are not ASME safety relief valves.

The Brand, adjustable pilot operated relief valve maintains the same cracking pressure at low and high flows. As the pressure setting is exceeded a poppet type relief opens and allows a small pilot supply of fluid to escape a chamber at the end of the main spool. The escape of pilot supply causes the main spool to shift and thus opens a passageway which allows the main volume of pressurized fluid to escape to tank without passing over the poppet type relief. The higher the pump output the farther the spool shifts over to enlarge the opening to tank.
