This label comprises four layers:
- A base used for the identification, made out of polyimide a thickness of 50µ with a surface treatment allowing road repair in heat transfer.
- A print area carried out in heat transfer.
- A protection made up of two layers of polyimide of 25µ:
==> On the roadbase, the adhesive is neutralized on each side of the label to make it possible to remove it without being likely to tear off the whole of the complexage.
==> the sub-base, will remain on the product in a final way and will ensure the protection of marking carried out.

RMK is a computer printable labelstock with outstanding fluid and
abrasion resistance, designed to be printed by sheet fed inkjet
printers. When heat-cured after printing its unique heat reactive
epoxy surface “locks in” the image to combine the versatility and
convenience of on-site printing with performance to meet the
toughest conditions. A high performance acrylic adhesive ensures
simple installation while maintaining excellent adhesion. A wide
range of label sizes are available, supplied in A4 sheets for feeding
through standard inkjet printers.
Typical applications are replacement of engraved metal or plastic
labels, signs, rating plate labels, and color coding.

used to identify large cables and wire bundles in environments
such as military and aerospace. Marker tags are applied to cables
or wire bundles with cable ties.
Print performance meets or exceeds the requirements of
SAE AS81531 4.6.2 and MIL-STD-202.

The computer-controlled tag feed marking system is a totally automated system for marking tags up to 150 mm in length on the standard units. Customized machines can be ordered for extremely large tags.
The tag feeder is equipped with an adjustable loading rack, which can be quickly readjusted for a wide range of tag sizes. Standard machine size is 15 mm to 75 mm for width and 20 mm to 105 mm for length.
The MC-2000 plate feed system is equipped to mark in both manual and automatic modes. The manual mode gives you the ability to perform any one of the tag system functions through a series of push buttons located on the front of the machine. By simply moving the selector switch to the manual mode you can now move the pusher bar forward to check for clearance in the systems rails or mark a single tag to check mark location and quality of mark.
The MC-2000 tag feeder is also equipped with warning signals in case of a system jam or if the machine runs out of tags. The control box can also be programmed to mark a specified number of tags or mark until the stacker is empty.
All of the same characteristics that are found in the standard MC-2000 control box are included in the tag feed system.

This manually operated tag embosser is an economical option for creating small quantities of embossed or debossed metal tags. Compact and lightweight, it can be used for tabletop or portable needs. Tag sizes range from .8” x 1.2” minimum to 3.4” x 4.5” maximum.

Using the manual character selection wheel, characters are embossed one at a time. The wheel has a 60-character capacity including numbers and punctuation marks. Once the character is selected, simply pull the handle and the M10 embosses the character and automatically spaces to the right. It also features a correction device that allows you to backspace and re-emboss a character.
