The only way to know your industrial batteries will perform to specification is to test them regularly. SBS's battery capacity testers enable you to test your wet or sealed batteries in a variety of ways and at three voltages. Load bank test 24V, 48V, or 120V DC systems with currents up to 171 amps. A built-in digital meter lets you read volts, amps, amp-hours, and elapsed time without having to hook up a separate meter. The display is accurate to 1% of full scale at the rated voltages. The unit also offers continuous operation, so there's no cool down needed after or between tests. Use the master load control switch to instantly apply or remove loads.

Testing of insulation plays a great role in electrotechnics.Dielectric breakdown tests are important to the safe functioning of everything from power distribution transformers to household appliances. Impulse voltage tests are characterized by a 1.2/50us waveform. This is as industry standard.
The huge range of devices to be tested requires impulse generators from a few hundred volts(V) up to hundreds of thousands of volts(kV). The impulses have low energy content, but this can vary depending on the application.

FULLTEST4058 model was designed from HT ITALIA to performing essential tests in industrial environments on electrical machines devices and partially type-tested assemblies (PTTA) in compliance with EN60204-1 and EN60439-1 respectively.

Our capacitance bridge performs measurements in conditions that are beyond the scope of most conventional Capacitance Bridges, by the use of a well proven transformer ratio-arm design. Test sites such as high voltage switch yards, transformer stations, and production areas with a high presence of electrostatic interference do not have adverse effects on this instrument. Measurements on three or four terminal devices can be done without calculation by the use of the GUARD system. The IRT 1557 is a small, lightweight insulation resistance and continuity tester. Hand-held, it's a superb addition to any test engineer's toolkit.
It performs measurements according to BS 7671 16th/17th Edition Wiring Regulations and Part P. Seaward's unique integrated safety probe puts the LCD and test probe in the user's line of sight whilst making measurements, no other tester does this.
