MIG – Incremental magnetic pulse generator
STRÖTER has developed an „intelligent“ intermediate flange which considerably simplifies the measurement of speed and sense of rotation as well as the connection with coordinating
control systems. What was previously only possible with time-consuming assembly and addons to drive systems is now possible in an easy and economical way both in new and existing installations.
This MIG magnetic incremental rotary transmitter is designed as an intermediate flange which is simply installed between the motor and the machine flange. This makes the integration of incremental position encoders in drive systems much easier – no matter whether you use it for speed measurement, for positioning control, dosage control or for synchronisation control.

The Models R112S and R112B optical incremental encoders are designed for light industrial

MiniCoders are designed for installation in drives as an alternative to the conventional encoders. They are contact-less and are equipped with a magnetic scanning system which, in conjunction with a toothed wheel as measuring scale permits the measurement of rotary motion. This solution is exceptionally space-saving.

The new TM 50 and TS 50 series of rotary encoders features an electromagnetic contactless sensing system with Hall elements. The maximum resolution is 13 bits per 360°, the measuring range can be programmed between of 1 to 32768 revolutions. Among many applications in machinery and engineering equipment it can be used for measurement of long displacements in connection with toothed belts and racks, cable type converters, friction wheels and spindle drivers.
The housing is either in aluminium or stainless steel for use under water and within aggressive ambiance. Besides CANopen, SSI and PROFIBUS interfaces analogue voltage and current signals as well as additional incremental outputs can be made available. The electronic circuit is completely potted and withstands high shock and vibration stress.

Low cost rugged encoder 10mm shaft diameter Square mount flange Quadrature output.
This low cost and very rugged size 25 encoder has been designed to suit a wide variety of industrial applications. The unit has a 10mm diameter shaft. A square mounting flange is fitted as standard. A 2M cable is fitted, this enters the unit via a gland situated on the side of the unit. The Output circuit has a push/pull output as standard, signals A, B, output.
