As well as the standard functions - preset, alarms, RS232 output, Max, Min, Difference, etc - Solartron digital readouts and dual digital displays boast a number of new functions.
For example, the new "Scaling Factor" function can be used to compensate for angled or lever operated probes, or diameter when measured in a V block. It also enables measurement of angles or squares.
Other new functions include the "Gauging Mode" - allowing global pass/fail evaluation of up to 30 scan channels -and "Max A Max B".
Ergonomically designed for the operator, the DR700 can be used with multiple probe fixtures using either Linear Encoders, Digital Probes or a combination of both - making it a truly versatile addition to the Solartron "Orbit" range.

The Centor Star is the most advanced force gauge currently available, it has become the benchmark tool for force measurement. Besides having all the functionalities of the Centor Easy, it also provides additional handy possibilities: with its graphic capabilities, it can calculate and display in real time, not only the maximum, but also the values of the particular points of the curve, such as the rupture force, force on a trigger, force at a given time, first peak, etc.
The new features:
– Maximum within a time window: makes it possible to define a particular time period for a test and to calculate the maximum force during that period while keeping the test maximum in memory
– Calculation of the time necessary to reach the maximum force in tension or compression
– Average force over the duration of the test
All these results are stored in memory (up to 100 tests) which allows statistics to be calculated on the maximum values and on configurable calculations, then sent to a PC along with the dates and times of the measurements.
Furthermore, it is possible to freeze its configuration to avoid handling errors. It is the most versatile instrument designed for all tests in industrial surroundings.

The PFM series facilitates the collection, calculation and communication of critical production and process information such as production targets, cadence, alarms, machine uptime and downtime measurement, and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness). Available in four models, the PFM series offers highly visible, multi-color conveyance of data to the entire plant floor and to the enterprise level. The smallest is suitable to provide data at the machine level, while the largest can be used to communicate information across an entire factory floor at distances of up to 600 feet (182 meters).
Far more than a simple large display, the PFM series features the unprecedented capability to communicate with over 170 different protocols, and to send and receive data from seven or more device types simultaneously.
These unique capabilities, which are provided through a required host device ( Red Lion G3, DSP, or MC), allow collection of data from various sources - with integrated calculation to optimize displayed information in the way it is most useful to your facility. Along with the advanced network communication and data collection, the PFM host enables remote monitoring and FTP transfer of data.

The new SI 3000 range of Controllers are specifically designed to operate with Solartron's extensive range measurement transducers, and/or third party transducers, such as pressure and temperature.
One of the main features is an intuitive menu-driven display, which can be programmed to display readings, set Limits/Alarms, Peak Hold, Track, or act as a Data Logger for inputs from one or two transducers
The SI 7500 is a multi axis metrology display that connects to a Solartron Metrology Orbit Network and accepts up to 16 Orbit Module inputs; such as Digital Probes, Linear Encoders and Analogue Input Modules. It features intuitive displays, helpful audio cues and user defined formulas. The SI 7500
