FILTER ALARM PANEL AND SMARTFILTER CONTROL SWITCH
The Polylok filter alarm panel and switch provides a visual and audible notification of impending filter and tank servicing. Our Patented SmartFIlter control switch attaches to Most Polylok Filters and All Zabel & Best Filters. The filter alarm switch activates when the filter cartridge is near capacity on solids that have built up through the filtering process. The filter alarm switch sends a signal to the alarm panel activating the septic tank alarm. The owner will need to call a local septic service company for immediate service.

Application:
•Designed ESD system as per latest technical specifications and the actual working conditions. Apply to the effective control of SSV (surface safety valve), SCSSV (surface-controlled subsurface safety valve) and wing valves, etc.
Features:
•Well opening via hand/electric/air-operated pump, meanwhile, it features pressure self-maintaining and automatic compensation, any pressure drop due to ambient temp drop or leakage, the accumulator will automatically compensate the pressure.
•High & low pressure sensors are installed on the wellhead oil transmission line, in case of higher or lower pipeline pressure than the set value, the high and low pressure sensors will cut off the control circuit quickly, thus, the wellhead is turned off.
•In case of a fire on the wellhead, the fusible plug will be melt when the ambient temperature is reaching the melting condition, so that to shut down the wells.

The DM500x is a programmable digital panel meter which can be programmed by using the push-buttons. It's possible to select the type of input (voltage, current, thermocouple, thermoresistance, etc.), the ranges, the relationship between input variable and displayed value, the alarms, etc...
Programming is simple thanks to the keyboard with only three push-button and alphanumeric helping messages.
The frontal dimensions are only 48x96mm but the display is visible from far thanks to the optical filter and the size of the digits, 13,5mm for the main display (high efficiency orange) and 10mm for the secondary display (high efficiency green).The depth is 100mm only.
In addition to measuring and displaying functions, these instruments are also able to support up to 4 (four) alarm Set-points with respective open collector output(2 alarm Set-Points if relay output is requested).
