The digital indicator DI25 is a competitively-priced, multifunction instrument for a wide variety of measuring tasks.
The multi-function input has 18 different input configurations, which can be selected via the rear connections and also by selection the appropriate input signal with in the instrument configuration. In this way it is possible to connect transmitters with current or voltage signals, and both resistance thermometers or thermocouples to the same instrument.
The measured value can be retransmitted for further processing via an analogue 4 ... 20 mA output (standard) or via an RS-485 Serial Interface (optional).
Other analogue retransmission signals are also available as option.
The basic version of the DI25 indicator features three alarm outputs. Instruments with the optional 24 V transmitter power supply have two alarm outputs available.
With the high ingress protection of the fascia (IP66) the digital indicator DI25 can also be used under extreme operating conditions.
All configuration and programming can be done using the front control keys.

Functional principles
Tightening positions (x- / y- values) of the linear system are collected via encoders. The values of the encoders are electronically analyzed and processed. To meet demands and requirements, varying analysis systems are available.
PAS 1000
The system is a simple, robust analyzing and control unit and is, together with an incremental encoder, particularly cost-effective. Costly visualization is dispensed with. The system is especially suitable for standard and "stand alone" applications.
Programming couldn't be simpler. The PAS 1000 is easily connected and up and ready in a matter of minutes. The PAS 1000 is mainly used with smaller torque arms such as the LE 40 (40 Nm). It can of course also be used together with all other torque arms.
The picture shows PAS 1000 together with torque arm LE 80 PAS. The torque arm ist not included in the delivery range and needs to be ordered separately.

The versatile DPI 270 (miniature) and DPI 280 (general) series of digital process indicators are smart instruments for use with a wide range of process sensors and signal inputs.
When used with the Druck range of pressure transducers or transmitters, a direct reading in pressure is provided. The DPI 284/5 internal pressure sensor can be supplied up to 60 bar or external pressure sensor up to 700 bar . 1/8 DIN Standard
The K3MA series consists of a process indicator, a frequency/rate indicator and a temperature indicator. All models are equipped with a highly visible LCD display with 2-colour (red and green) LEDs, have a 96 x 48mm front housing and the same short depth of 80mm.

FEATURES
The A200E is a weight amplifier indicator based on a microcontroller. All the operations of configuration and weight calibration are done by front keyboard. The instrument is equipped with a main display to show weight and an auxiliary display to show the operator guide messages. The base version foresees three digital inputs, three digital outputs and two serial line outputs, a primary bi-directional line and an auxiliary one with transmission only.
The primary is available in RS232 or in RS485 mode to operate in multidrop network. ADOS has implemented as standard both the logic protocol MODBUS and PROFIBUS-DP by the gateway IPBUS1 (option). Options allow to expand the number of digital outputs from three to eleven ( S and D versions) and with options V or A it is possible to have an analog optoisolated output configured for 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. The A200E is equipped with a real time clock that allows to include date and time on printing reports. According to several applications, ADOS supply software versions for multicomponents batching and /or complex weighing process systems.
