EKOHEAT induction heating systems provide a reliable solution for heating your larger parts with a quick, clean source of heat. 65kW, 90kW and 135kW models are all ideal for repeatable, non-contact heating. Power is efficiently delivered through a wide range of coils and loads with precision heating control within 50 W resolution.
Remote process control is available: 24Vdc control inputs, analog outputs and serial data for logging and verification.
EKOHEAT is a water-cooled system, requiring connection to a heat exchanger or other mechanism for dissipating heat.

Water cooling system
For every tonne of Aluminium cast some 330 KW of heat is produced. Normally this heat is removed by Water Cooling. With efficient re-use of water with minimal power usage, energy losses and hence costs are reduced with an enhancement in Aluminium product margin.
The Fives Solios cooling water system is designed with this philosophy in mind. We recognise and appreciate the critical nature of the system for the rest of the cast house. Our company has significant in-house expertise and specialist consultants utilising 30 years of cast house experience to enable us to offer a solution that will conform to our client’s enquiry requirements.

The InductoScan® modular induction heating systems unique design allows for a wide range of power supplies, controls and components to be integrated on to a common base to better match current production needs. It can be customized to perform various heat treating applications, such as, scan, single-shot, lift/rotate, pick & place, rotary index and linear transfer.
This is a significant advantage for customers because the InductoScan® system can also be reconfigured by swapping in different scanning towers, induction power supplies and other mechanics to accommodate an entirely new part or family of parts for future production needs. The unitized construction reduces electrical interconnections thus reducing the overall assembly and energy costs.

The STATISCAN® induction scanning system can be configured as a single, dual or four spindle, vertical scanning system for hardening or tempering a wide variety of parts. Feature/Benefits include; 50-300 kW at 10-200 kHz and transistorized solid state power supply with maximum part length & weights of 24"(610mm) / 40lbs.(18kg).
The STATISCAN® system features a built-in transistorized solid state power supply with heat station, programmable scanner controls, quench and water recirculating system. This unitized construction reduces floor space 50-80% compared to conventional systems.

CrankPro® is a compact, nonrotational induction crankshaft hardening & tempering system that uses only 1/4 the floor space of traditional systems. CrankPro® machines utilizing advanced SHarP-C™ technology eliminates the need to rotate or move the inductor or the crankshaft during heating and quenching cycles.
The stationary method of heating without crankshaft rotation provides several practical benefits such as simple operation, superior reliability, maintainability, compactness and cost reduction. This novel crankshaft hardening/tempering process is designed with ergonomics in mind, including a compact design with floor space requirements reduced by as much as 80%.

Eclipse Air Heat Burners are line type burners ideal for generating large volumes of clean, hot air. Applications include ovens, dryers, fume incinerators, and similar industrial equipment.
The "AH" models feature an integral combustion air blower mounted on the back of the burner’s steel case. By supplying the correct air volume and pressure to the burner, the blower allows stable operation over a wide range of duct velocities without installing a profile plate around the burner.

The Hauck LHO Oil Line Heater is designed to supply the heat necessary to lower the viscosity of heavy fuel oils to that required at the burner for proper atomization. This typically requires lowering the pumping viscosity (nominal 2000 SSU maximum) to the atomizing viscosity (80 - 90 SSU). Auxiliary components can also be supplied to control fuel oil temperature and prevent overpressurization of the oil line heater. Hauck’s LHO’s are available in a wide range of sizes to meet specific application requirements.
