High-frequency generators manufactured by ZEMAT are a source of high-frequency energy indispensable in industrial processes of dielectric and induction heating.
HF generators are used for supplying pneumatic and hydraulic presses, drying chambers and tunnel driers, vacuum chambers for plasma processing, production lines for pipe manufacturing.
HF generators allow for alternate work with more than one output unit, e.g. with two hydraulic presses. The construction of ZEMAT HF generators is based on widely available power triodes produced by leading European manufacturers. ZEMAT makes generators GX series, with power and frequency adjusted to technological needs, used in dielectric heating and generators GI series used in induction heating.

MTM Power GmbH, the specialist for high quality power supplies, offers in its program DC/DC converters for automotive applications. The series WRC is available with 30, 60, 100 and 150 W. The converters are designed for mobile use acc. to EN 50 155, LES-DB-BN 411 002 and IEC 571-1 (railway, automotive). The battery voltages 24, 36, 72, 90 and 110 V +40/-45 % are covered with three input voltage ranges. All four power ranges have a high efficiency and are available with single or dual output voltages. The converters have an extreme high reliability (MTBF >1.000.000 h, TA = +40 °C) and an isolation of at least 2,1 kVDC (prim.-sec.). The temperature range is -40...+85 °C acc. to EN 50 155. Other important features are resistance against vibrations and reverse polarity protection at the input. The power supplies can be used in 19" racks or for wall mounting with H15 connector. The series WRC needs no ground load, is short circuit protected and has extensive monitoring and protection systems.

The DC/DC power supply systems of the series MPG from MTM Power, the specialist for high-quality unparallely power supplies, are designed among others for different applications in transportation, telecommunications and the charging of lead batteries during stand-by parallel operation. The universally useable, modular and easy-to-scale system is based on the DC/DC converters of the series PCMD200W and PCMD400W which are proved in transportation applications. The series MPG2 is available with 2 plug-in positions and a total output power of 500-800 W and the series MPG3 with 3 plug-in positions and a total output power of 750-1.200 W. With different wide input voltage ranges between 14,4 VDC and 154 VDC, the devices supply an output voltage of 12, 24, 48, 72 and 110 VDC. The output voltage operates with UI characteristic curve. The system can be switched into an energy-saving stand-by operation via a remote control input. Further features are signalling of input and output voltage by an LED as well as a potential-free power good signal. The whole system is passively cooled by convection and is designed for an ambient temperature range of -40...+70 °C.

These converters have an output power of 50 watts and are suitable for the stationary use as well as for the mobile use acc. to EN 50 155. The nominal input voltages are 24 VDC ((14,4…50,4 VDC), 48 VDC (28,8…100,8 VDC) and 110 VDC (43,2…154 VDC) and 230 VAC (85…264 VAC). Due to these input voltage ranges, the converters can be used in all on-board power systems. The output voltages are galvanically separated and are available as single, dual and triple versions. Further features are vibration and shock resistance acc. to IEC 68 T.2-27, high efficiency of 79...89 % and reverse polarity protection at the input. The Series 661 Netx air operated Vibratory Feeder by Dynamic Air Inc. has an infinitely variable speed natural frequency drive system, which utilizes compressed air as the power source. A powerful oscillating piston coupled with special leaf springs, feeds dry granular materials at almost any rate desired. The Netx Vibratory Feeder is especially ideal for feeding weigh scales and other process equipment, where a constant and/or reliable feed rate is required. A standard PLC programmable controller can be used to electronically control the feed rate, at up to a 100 to 1, turn down ratio.
