New High-Speed Video Industrial camera Hyper Vision HPV-1. Shimadzu HPV-1 offers ultra-high speed video recording up to one million frames per second (fps) and maintains the excellent spatial resolution at any recording speed. It comprises a new developed single-chip CCD image sensor (IS-CCD). This sensor allows capturing high-speed images even under (a relatively) weak illumination.
Features
* Up to 1 million frames per second frame rate
* Constant resolution regardless of the frame rate
* Capture up to 100 single frames
* Excellent performance under low illumination
The HPV-1 is suitable for wide-range applications in various fields of science and technology, for example, studies on hydrodynamics, destruction processes, shock wave development, visualizing machining processes as well as fast chemical reactions. In the field of life science, medical research and sport science, HPV-1 will be an important tool too.
Often, conventional high-speed video camera resolution drops down as recording speed is increased. The spatial resolution of the HPV-1 does not deteriorate, even at the highest frame rate. The camera maintains excellent 312 x 260-pixel resolution at all recording speeds permitting detailed analysis of high-speed phenomena.
Easy-to-use, multifunction professional software

| The sensitivity of the new 12 Bit b/w-industrial camera CF 8 HS is extremely high. A high sensitive sensor in combination with intelligent low-noise circuits raise the sensitivity by 400 %. The Low Light Level Camera is predestined for the observation of objects, rooms and scenes with very low or no illumination such as: Sophisticated PROFESSIONAL CCTV setups, long-range observation tasks and low light applications with short exposures. An automatic iris control allows 24 h operation at any lighting condition in daytime and at night. The Kappa-DRE (Dynamic Range Enhancement) assures clear view in low contrast conditions like fog, fume or rain. The CF 8 HS of Kappa avoids blurring of moving objects and noise even in typical low-light level applications. Because of its low weight, small size and rugged design it fits inconspicuously into a variety of systems. Additional features are: variable operation voltage (9-36 V), low power consumption, professional remote control of parameters by RS 232 (e.g. configurable back light compensation, AIT, AGC, Gamma, horizontal image flip and selectable display windows). |

PC-based camera systems are an interesting alternative to intelligent
professional cameras. The large range of different camera models allows customtailored
image processing solutions, as single or multi-camera system. Our program comprehends monochrome and colour cameras as well as area and line scan cameras. Practically there is no limit set concerning the definition of the parameters resolution, operating speed and number of interfaces.
As the processing unit is situated outside of the camera, pc-based
cameras are smaller than intelligent cameras, which is advantageous for
mounting in (moving) applications. PC-based camera systems are used
amongst others for code reading, OCR or for measuring components
and assemblies.
Output: Gigabit Ethernet
Monochrome and Colour
Resolutions: 640 x 480pxl and 1380 x 1072pxl
Sensor: CCD, CMOS
On request we realise complex camera solutions with switch professional cabinet. According to the needs of our customer we provide customized operating interfaces (INDUSTRIAL HMI).

| Thanks to its 400 MHz (3,200 MIPS) INDUSTRIAL DSP, the VCLine scan Smart Camera from Vision Components is one of the fastest intelligent professional cameras on the market. The device supports three integration modes: the free-running mode enables a scan rate of 11 kHz. With a constant integration time, the camera can be triggered externally at a maximum scan rate of 5,5 kHz. A third mode allows for a variable integration time which is determined by external triggering, reaching a maximum scan rate of 11 kHz. The Smart Camera comes equipped with 32 MB DRAM and 4 MB Flash EPROM for program and data storage. It features both an Ethernet and a RS232 interface as well as four digital MANUFACTURERS OF PLC inputs and four outputs, an image trigger input and a flash trigger output. Due to its small dimensions (90 x 50 x 35 mm), the VCLine can be easily integrated into machines and plants. Like all other Smart Cameras from Vision Components, it is especially suited for use in rugged industrial environments – due to its compact and robust housing, it withstands vibrations and shocks. |
