PTC - Long Narrow Load
The PTC ovens offer high performance in a configuration well-suited for heating long and narrow loads such as tubing and extrusions. The forced-air convected ovens feature horizontal airflow with adjustable louvers to assure uniform airflow even with varying load conditions.
A space-conscious footprint is combined with removable end caps to allow placement of several ovens end- to-end. The marinite end caps may also be machined to insert instruments or tooling. Digital, three-mode PID control allows precise temperature control while a separate high limit control with manual reset provides over-temperature protection.
Designed with silicone door seals and positive-latching clamps to hold the door securely in place, the PTC ovens come equipped with a dolly for easy moving.
Application: burn-in and qualification testing of down-hole electronic logging equipment for the petroleum industry.

Integrated, In-line Diffusion System - DCF Series
Integrated, In-line Diffusion System
The new, Integrated, In-line Diffusion System is Despatch's latest addition to the company's photovoltaic product portfolio. The new in-line diffusion systems are designed to consistently deliver highly homogeneous emitters that are critical for creating high efficiency solar cells.
The production of the DCF Systems represents an important advance in the solar cell manufacturing process by integrating the following into one single piece of equipment:
A patent-pending, in-line phosphorus doper that utilizes top and bottom spray technology
An infrared diffusion furnace featuring a patent-pending thermal processing chamber
Critical process technology
The new integrated systems are recognized for superior thermal processing control, improved cost of ownership, value-added feature sets and ease of maintenance. These special features provide customers with high throughputs and maximum yields.

CF and CDF High Temperature Infrared Furnaces for Firing & Drying
The new Despatch CF and CDF Series infrared furnaces are ideal for process applications that require rapid ramp-up and cool-down rates as well as provide consistent quality-as required in photovoltaic cell production.
Very fast ramp rates optimize contact formation on silicon wafers with shallow emitters and silicon nitride coating. Rapid heating and cooling allows firing the contact through the silicon nitrate while rapid cooling prevents damage to the junction. The rapid heating and cooling requires faster belt speeds which enhances throughput as a secondary benefit.
All models feature the most advanced ergonomic designs available, to speed maintenance and minimize downtime. With the push of a button, the entire chamber lowers for easy accessibility-no disassembly or expensive service calls for cleaning and maintenance. All electronic components are situated at eye level for easy and safe access.
