Raytek has introduced the new Raytek XR infrared (IR) thermometer. Designed to optimize continuous temperature monitoring in a broad range of manufacturing processes, this advanced sensor is a rugged, IP65 sealed single-piece system with the flexibility to handle almost any application. The Raytek XR thermometer combines a host of best-in-class features, including multiple extended temperature ranges, precision temperature resolution, RS-485 outputs and a versatile electronics platform. The sensor provides a flexible, user-defined analog output that can be matched with almost any existing control system. An intuitive local user interface simplifies system setup and configuration, and adds powerful troubleshooting capabilities. The Raytek XR industrial thermometers, with multiple measurement ranges, utilize identical, configurable installation hardware and application software. Portable ir pyrometers are battery driven portables for non-contact suppliers of temperature measurement. Depending on the material of the measuring object and the expected temperature range, IMPAC Infrared offers the following products:
Series IN 14 and IN 15: Measurement on non-metallic surfaces or coated, painted or anodized metals from -32 to 900°C.
IGA 15 plus: Measurement on metals, ceramics, graphite etc. from 250 to 1800°C.

Blackbodies are reference sources used for testing infrared systems. They are required in industry for calibration of pyrometers, infrared line professional scanners or industrial cameras.
In Defence, they are part of benches for characterisation of complex optronic systems. HGH offers a wide range of blackbodies to cover all Customers’ needs:

Many customer requests and special applications require non-contact temperature measurement solutions which challenge IMPAC beyond the conventional. As a consequence IMPAC has developed numerous special pyrometers, optimized for the specific demands of a wide range of industries and applications.

For extremely fast applications (up to 5 µs) IMPAC offers pyrometers of the KLEIBER High Speed Line and consequently can provide solutions for applications dealing with fastest processes. KLEIBER pyrometers feature the same excellent technical properties as IMPAC standard pyrometers, but with much shorter response times.
These pyrometers are typically used in the field of professional laser applications and in material research and development.
Moreover IMPAC offers measuring stations from KLEIBER. These contain a power dispensing, a digital display and a pyrometer. PID-controllers can also be integrated as an option.
An example for such a measuring station is the KS 740 HS-USB which features fastest response times with an online USB data transfer to a PC (including the needed analysers software).

The Pulsar II series is designed for temperature measurements of High Temperature, Sulphur Recovery and Sulphur Burning Industrial furnaces. These instruments measure the temperature of gas, refractory or a combination of both temperatures.
The Quasar line of products is designed for continuous Flare Stack Monitoring of Pilots, Flaring and Smoke. They suit for a monitoring distance of up to 400 m.
