For over fifty years the Klegecell name has been synonymous with high performance foams for structural and insulation applications. Throughout this time Klegecell has been steadily enhanced.
Today Klegecell R is typified by its extremely high strength to weight ratio, excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties, low water absorption and good chemical resistance.
Klegecell R can be supplied in flat sheets, in grid-scored form and as kits and is approved by all major classification societies. To access the Klegecell brochure (250k Acrobat pdf file), please click on the title above. Please click here for the Klegecell R data sheet. |

ZOTEK®
The new name in high performance foams.
ZOTEK foams are a range of high performance foams manufactured, using Zotefoams%u2019 unique high-pressure nitrogen gas solution manufacturing process, from fluoropolymers, engineering polymers and speciality elastomers. |
|
EVAZOTE® Foam
Closed cell cross-linked ethylene copolymer foam. EVAZOTE foams are tougher and more resilient than PLASTAZOTE foams and are mainly used in a wide range of sports & leisure and footwear applications.
EVAZOTE foam is moulded into knee pads that are durable and resilient under repeated impact.

ZOTEK® N
High Performance Polyamide 6 (Nylon 6) Foam
ZOTEK® N is a new range of lightweight, closed cell, cross linked foams based on polyamide 6 (nylon 6), a tough, strong and durable material with outstanding high temperature tolerance and excellent resistance to a range of chemical, particularly hydrocarbons, such as oils and fuels, alcohols and ketones. |
|
PLASTAZOTE® Foam
Closed cell cross-linked polyethylene foam.
A wide range of polymer combinations is available to give increased stiffness, improved temperature resistance and improved mouldability. Application areas include packaging, protective padding in contact sports, automotive, health care and building. The inert qualities of PLASTAZOTE have led to its widespread use in healthcare applications. |

OleCell non-crosslinked Polypropylene. Excellent thermo-transformability qualify this product as a very competitive alternative to cross-linked PE-Foams in automotive applications.
- Non-crosslinked CFC-free expanded polypropylene sheet (XPP).
- Temperature stability from -40 to +130°C.
- High mecanical strength and elasticity.
- Excellent for lamination and thermoforming / thermocompression.
- Very good resistance to solvents, fuel oils and other chemicals.
- Low water pick-up due to the closed cell structure.
- 100% recyclable and physiologically safe. |
|
PROPOZOTE® Foam
Closed cell 100% polypropylene foam.
PROPOZOTE foam has high temperature resistance and can be recycled. Main application areas are in the automotive and returnable packaging industries.
PROPOZOTE is used for returnable medical transit packaging because of its tolerance to sterilisation methods.

| High level of acoustical and thermal insulation, Willnotec AB H is built up out of the highest quality of materials and is CE qualified (hydrophobic and oleophobic foam). Due to its combination of heavy layer and opencell foam, we created a lightweight product that performs both sound absorption and insulation. Thickness of foam as well as heavy layer can be tuned in order to achieve the defined target . The reinforced aluminium covering is water and oil resistant, and easy to clean. Other coverings like nonwoven vlies are also available that improves acoustic absorption at medium and high frequencies. Final product is easy to cut and the standard version is delivered with an adhesive layer (+ A2) but can also be easily fixed with glue or pins. |
|
| High level of acoustical and thermal insulation for yachts, Willfib is CE qualified. This fibre based product has a large working temperature range. The low thermal conductivity and the high sound absorption coefficient make the material specially suitable for the insulation of all types of hull. The product can be black or white. The special nonwoven covering is water and oil resistant and increases acoustic absorption for medium and high frequencies. The standard version is delivered with an adhesive layer (+A2) but it can also be fixed easily with glue or pins. |

| SafeCrest ESF is designed for use in rigid and flexible (bladder type) fuel tanks and fuel cells in virtually any vehicle, vessel, or aircraft. Because of its unique characteristics, special advantages, and cost-effectiveness, industry, government agencies, and organizations around the world are incorporating SafeCrest in special use vehicles of all kinds-aircraft and land vehicles, VIP vehicles, competition cars and boats, recreational watercraft, consumer vehicles-for added safety and/or fuel surge control and noise mitigation. |
|
| Crest FeltCrest compressed polyurethane foam is a unique, environmentally friendly, flexible foam material that has been permanently compressed to a predetermined thickness. It is made from a wide selection of uncompressed foams manufactured by Crest. For each application, a foam is selected which exhibits the desired properties, then sliced to the proper precompressed thickness. The sliced foam sheet is then permanently compressed through a precisely controlled thermal setting process to form FeltCrest. |
|
| Explosion Suppressant Foam (ESF) has been used successfully in thousands of installations for over three decades. Proprietary manufacturing processes and special thermal reticulation techniques permit production of flexible skeletal foam structures with precisely controlled pore sizes and without cell membranes. The resultant "open pore" foam exhibits many unique characteristics and offers special advantages in fuel tanks for explosion suppression, fuel surge control, and noise mitigation applications of all kinds. |
|
| When compared to conventional filter media such as synthetic fiber mats, woven and non-woven fabrics, fiberglass, forest paper, and metals, Crest FilterCrest foams may exhibit superior properties, and offer substantial advantages |
