The PRO Module was developed for the monitoring of assembly and test applications. Its electronics are housed in a compact enclosure that is DIN rail mountabel for easy installation. The Ethernet port allows for easy communication back to the Promess application software running on a standard PC. Multiple PRO modules can also be network to a central data collection point. The PRO Module is powerful yet simple to use making it perfect for monitoring assembly applications such as press-fit, staking, crimping or riveting. On the other hand the system is powerful enough to tackle more demanding test applications where accurate hight speed data collection and advanced analysis are reuqired. Promess provides the complete system including electronics, software, sensors.

TM Robotics offer a series of SCARA robots from the TH-250 through to the SR-1504. All have unique handling capabilities for varying workloads. The SCARA range can offer robots with arm lengths of 250mm to 1500mm, and workload capacitys from 3kg to 70kg.
Perhaps the most innovative of the Toshiba Machine SCARAs are the TH-250 and TH-350, which provide better accuracy and repeatability than comparable SCARA's, and offer quicker cycle times and faster motion. Air Logic manufactures a comprehensive line of nylon and polypropylene plastic fittings; the polypropylene fittings ar more chemically resistant than our standard nylon fittings. Polypropylene also provides more dimensional stability.
The fittings include Barbed Crosses, Elbows, Tees, and Unions. Barbs are available for 1/16", 1/8", or .170" I.D. tubing. The nylon fittings can be provided in black or white; the polypropylene fittings are gray.

Description: The snap-type multiple line quick disconnect features a releasing sleeve that permits one-hand connecting or disconnecting of several fluid lines simultaneously. Simply push the sleeve in to disconnect the fluid lines and push the internal and external ends together to connect the lines. The design incorporates a keyed location pin to insure correct orientation of the fluid lines during connection. The internal end is designed with an automatic shut-off valve.
Material: Internal: brass or 303 stainless steel components; acetal releasing sleeve; stainless steel mounting plate, springs, ball bearings, set screw, crescent “C” rings and steel “E” ring. External: 303 stainless steel components; stainless steel backing plate

Rotary Systems offers a unique line of low torque air/vacuum rotary unions. These unions are designed specifically for low speed, low pressure, air/vacuum applications that require minimal torque.
The unions utilize a hardened and ground shaft, o-ring seals and dual radial ball bearings to prevent side loading to the seals. The passages are 1/8” NPT and are offered in 2, 4, 6 and 8 passage models. The models shown in the picture are the 2 and 4 passage unions.
