9F59 "T, W & V" series Under Oil (OSP)
Backup current-limiting fuses are designed to be used in series with another protective device (such as an expulsion fuse) to give protection through the complete range. OSP stands for Oil Submerged Protector. These fuses are sealed against the ingress of oil. Each fuse is given a helium mass spectrometer leak test to prove the integrity of the seal.

SITRANS FUH1010 clamp-on non-intrusive ultrasonic flowmeter is ideal for applications carrying crude oil, refined petroleum or liquefied gas. Contrary to popular belief, tensile strength is not the only parameter used to judge a palm oil mill chain. In fact it is NOT the most important parameter. A more important feature, called WEAR RESISTANCE is more critical when a palm oil mill chain is to be selected.
WHY?
Because safety factor has been taken into consideration at design stage and when a chain is selected, it means that the tensile strength of the chain meets that of the design value. So there is no necessity to use a chain with much higher tensile strength than the design value.
On the other hand, the understanding of WEAR RESISTANCE is more complex. First of all, it does not have a unit of measurement (such as KN, kgf or lbf in tensile strength). The measurement is simply chain elongation measured in terms of percentage of elongation (amount of elongation to the original chain length expressed in percentage). So the smaller percentage means a better chain used in the same period of time. Generally, a conveyor chain needs replacement when it reaches 2 % elongation. The most important measurement is therefore how long before a chain reaches its life span of 2 % elongation. |

RCS system
For simple check weighing, where a high accuracy is not required, there is the RCS hydraulic load indication system. With the RCS an oil pressure sensor is installed onto the hydraulic circuit of the forklift by means of a T-coupling. The indicator in the cabin translates the measurement into a weight indication of the load on the forks. The RCS has a limited accuracy, with a possible error of maximum 2% of the lifting capacity of the truck.
The system is meant for simple check weighing, such as the checking of incoming goods, and for avoiding the overloading of lorries, warehouse racking and the forklift truck itself.
RCS PLUS system
The RCS PLUS is an accurate hydraulic weighing system for forklift trucks. On a forklift truck with a capacity of 2.500 kg the weight graduation is displayed in steps of 2 kg, with a 5 kg tolerance (+/- 0.2%). The RCS PLUS weighs by measuring the pressure in the hydraulic lifting system of the forklift truck, via a temperature compensated sensor on a valve block.
During a controlled descent of the mast the pressure in the hydraulic system is measured repeatedly, the software translates these measurements into an accurate weight indication of the load on the forks.

MAMCO/LEFOO LF-20 PRESSURE SWITCH
Because of its special internal design this switch can tolerate high pressure spikes inherent on many pressure systems. The switch is factory calibrated but in the case that adjustment is needed in the field the switch offers an adjustment screw to facilitate any fine tuning required. The standard diaphragm employed by Mamco is polyimide (Kapton) making it compatible with many gases and liquids. Several other diaphragm materials are available that make the switch compatible with many mediums. Various electrical terminations are available including ¼ tabs and a metric-pack connector that forms a tight seal when connected.
