Detecting manufacturing defects such as positional, missing, skewed, misplaced, incorrect device, incorrect polarity, solder and lead defects is fast and reliable. Unique dual lighting delivers the capability of inspecting laser marking on IC’s and SOT devices. An additional benefit is that it also delivers enhanced inspection of 0603 and 0402 devices.
Developed by DiagnoSYS for operator ease of use, this true AOI software is the most advanced available. Each system utilises the same software for extended ease of use. Comparator software, included, is a perfect solution for inspecting low volume assemblies without the need for programming.
Full manufacturing integration
The ScanPoint DT addresses prototype through to medium volume requirements complementing the ScanPoint 50 in-line system which targets medium to high volume. The family is complete with off-line programming allowing programs to be generated without interfering with production. Programs can be shared across multiple DiagnoSYS AOI systems. Data logging of test results is complimented with a full rework station capability |

PETER electronic has added the compact type series VersiBrake 230/400-25 L (LP) to its tried and tested product line of electronic DC brakes. The device, which features an upgraded power section designed for a rated device current of 25 A, is available either as a housing version or as a circuit-board version for rated motor currents up to 12.5 A. In preparation for the certification by the German Trade Association (Technical Committee for Wood), VersiBrake 230/400-25L (LP) already now meets the association's requirements for category 2 acc. to EN 954-1. VersiBrake 230/400-25 L (LP) features double safety protection: i.e., control via motor contactor and motor voltage detection. In addition, a surge suppressor circuit and a braking current infinitely variable between 0 and the rated device current reduces the failure probability of the braking device and thus indirectly that of the machines, too. An integrated overload monitoring function, which, if the braking frequency is too high, prevents motor restart, provides safety both for the VersiBrake and the operator. The integrated and adaptable motor standstill detection gives the user flexibility with regard to the motor types available.

| Yaskawa's Bestact high capacity 3 and 5 amp reed relays (RI & RZDR- series) offer industry DIP standard mounting format. They have UL/cUL recognition for gaseous Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations or corrosive environments and have been shown to significantly reduce downtime and/or maintenance costs. These relays have pilot duty inductive switch ratings of 360VA (AC), 69VA (DC) and horsepower ratings of 0.5 and 1/8 HP respectively. For low-level loads, they exhibit a wiping action that keeps contact resistance very low and stable. 2 and 4-pole configurations of normally open and normally closed contacts are available. |

The SK range for PCB mount is available in 2 cases :
SKA / SKB (AC output) or SKD (DC output).
SKA up to 6A 230 or 400VAC with built-in voltage protection, ideal for solenoid or motor control
SKB up to 4A 230 or 400VAC for resistive loads
SKD rated 3A / 60VDC or 1A / 200VDC
SKL for AC output with a ceramic substrate that can be mounted on a heatsink (see picture). The SKL range is ranging from 16A to 75A.
For the power element, our SKL use TMS2 technology (see the Power relay section introduction) reducing thermal stress and considerably
improving life expectancy. Ideal for motor control (I2t up to 5000 A2s) with high inrush current as well as heating application. Easy to protect
against short circuit with micro circuit breakers. |

| Electronic control circuits built on PCB’s demand relays that can be populated with the same machinery currently used in the production lines. The Magnecraft SIPS and DIPS are built in small industry standard package styles that do not require unique machinery to populate. The SIPS and DIPS can even withstand a lead-free solder re-flow process so a pin-thru-paste application is possible. |
