The S1-552 is an advanced 5kV insulation tester with a high output current and many time-saving features. A large, analog/digital LCD shows resistance valves up to 5 T%u03A9 and incorporated a timer and other test information. The output current, of up to 5mA, speeds up testing by charging capacitive loads quickly.
The 5 and 15-kV Megohmmeters are high-voltage, line operated instruments that can be used on all types of insulation tests ranging from 500 volts to 15 kV.
With over twenty 1-kV models to choose from, selecting the proper Megger insulation tester can appear a bewildering task at first. Actually all the process requires is a little organization. All Megger insulation testers perform essentially the same test in fundamentally the same manner %u2014 accurately and reliably. Refinements and added features, however, separate one model from another in application and operator appeal.

Having both battery and mains operation and four selectable DC test voltages (500V, 1kV, 2.5kV & 5kV), this tester measures insulation resistance. The large, clear analogue scale also displays AC or DC voltage up to 1000V. Latching test switch allows hands free testing.
With full over-voltage and over-current protection for measurements and 8 hours operation from rechargeable Nicad batteries, the E3511 comes in a carry case. Standard accessories include locking 2m test leads with prods and clips. |

HFM 436 Lambda - Heat flow meter
With the HFM 436 Lambda, samples measuring 30 cm x 30 cm or 60 cm x 60 cm and of variable thicknesses ranging from a few millimeters to 10 (20) cm are tested between two heat flux sensors in fixed or adjustable temperature gradients. After a few minutes for the system to reach equilibrium, the built-in PC or external computer determines the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of the sample.
Automatic plate movement and determination of the sample thickness simplify test preparation.
All test parameters as well as the calibration data are stored in the PC and documented.
Determination of thermal conductivity with the HFM 436 Lambda meets the industry standards ASTM C 518, ISO 8301, JIS A 1412, DIN EN 12939, DIN EN 13163 and DIN EN 12667. |
