FEATURES and BENEFITS
Emissions
The Kubota V3800 direct injection turbocharged engine complies with EPA Tier 3 and EU Stage lllA emissions regulations effective through the end of 2011 in both the North American and European markets.
Meeting emissions regulations with minimal additional required devices: NOx is reduced only by mechanical means such as a cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system.
Durable Power
The V3800DI-T engine has the highest output, under the 75kW range, in Kubota's industrial diesel engine line-up. This engine does not require any electronic control devices to comply with the latest emissions regulations.
Clean and Quiet Power
Kubota's original E-CDIS (Center Direct Injection System) combustion system, renowned for clean combustion, has been updated. Fuel injection pressure was increased to meet the new NOx level of this class.
The half-float valve cover and MoS2 coated pistons reduce noise levels and provide reduced transmitted vibration from the valve area for better noise characteristics.
Option
The Kubota V3800DI-T engine offers side power take-off (PTO), in response to the trend of increasing hydraulic control devices used in industrial machines. It is possible to install up to two hydraulic pumps.
Fan positions are available in two heights to adapt to various equipment configurations.

Scania’s industrial engines are used in equipment for construction, agriculture, forestry, container handling and more.
The engine range consists of a 9-litre 5-cylinder engine, a 12-litre engine 6-cylinder and 16-litre V8 engine. They cover a power range from 177kW (240 hp) to 432kW (588 hp).

Scania’s 12-litre engine is ideal for applications that require solid power and high reliability. The engine responds alertly to the throttle, with
a huge surge of torque available from low revs. The power curve is broad and fl at, which has a very positive effect on engine and driving prop-
erties since maximum power is available within a wide rev range.
The 12-litre engine has a production run of more than 30,000 units every year, for installation in trucks, buses and in industrial and marine applications. It is thoroughly tried and tested, and highly appreciated among the people who own and operate it.
Low fuel consumption and low emissions.
There is nothing particularly difficult in designing a powerful engine; the challenge lies in combining high power with low fuel consumption and low emissions. We have solved this equation with a combination of optimised combustion chambers, unit injectors and a sophisticated Powerful, economical and clean engine management system. The result is optimum fuel economy, and exhaust emissions that of course meet Stage IIIA and Tier 3.

The 1300 Series EDi is a true family of in line 6 cylinder turbocharged and turbo aftercooled 7.6 litre and 8.7 litre engines, within a common profile, targeted towards the electric power generation and industrial sectors.
This Stage 2, Tier 2 off highway emissions capable family features 'full authority' electronic engine management and hydraulically actuated electronically controlled unit (HEUI) injectors.

Do not always choose the highest number of revolutions; a lower number of revolutions increases the maintenance intervals and the service life, and noise. In case of long-term operation of more than 1,500 service hours per year, the number of revolutions should not exceed 2,600 rpm.
The power demand of the driven machine often cannot be determined exactly, therefore, allowance must be made for safety reserve capacities, as well as for altitude and ambient temperature, if they differ from the standard*.

Water-cooled cylinder pressure sensor, thermal shock optimized double diaphragm, long service life due to TiN coating and metal cable. Changes with respect to Type 6067B: optimized mounting sleeve for simple sensor removal.
The miniature sensor Type 6067C is particularly suitable for thermodynamic measurements where there is insufficient space for mounting sensor Type 6061B (M10). Its excellent linearity over the entire range and high sensitivity also allow gas exchange investigations with good accuracy.

Intended specifically for use with the Bently Nevada 3500/77M Recip Cylinder Pressure Monitor when real-time, continuous monitoring of cylinder performance is required on reciprocating compressors. It is able to withstand the extreme temperatures and pressure cycling of reciprocating compressor cylinders while providing reliable measurements. It also incorporates innovative materials and construction techniques that allow it to survive in the harsh chemical environments typically encountered in reciprocating compressor applications, such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S). The transducer has undergone extensive testing and is unique in the industry, carrying a 3-year warranty. It is available with a number of adapters, allowing it to be used with many existing pressure indicator valves (e.g., Kiene* valves).
