Functioning
Thanks to its patented thermochemical system, ALCATHERM container produces self-sufficient refrigeration (for up to 12 hours!) without any electrical connection.
Refrigeration starts as soon as the user decides it.
To recharge the system, you only have to connect it to the main supply 230V- 50/60 Hz during 5 or 6 hours according to the volume.

FREETHERM CONTAINER
Production of autonomous and controlled cold for long-distance transports of frozen products
Operation
Dry ice is the most powerful solution for the transport of frozen products, but the difficulty was to obtain constant temperatures because of its proper low temperature (-80°C).
The COLDWAY Solution
Dry ice is introduced into a separately insulated compartment inside the container. Thanks to a ventilation system, the inside temperature can be regulated between -35°C and +8°C precisely adjusted to 1°C. According to the quantity of dry ice, the autonomy can reach more than 24 hours at an ambient temperature of more than 30°C.
