Standard Type A :
Universal knife gate valve, unidirectional for various industrial application, i.e. sewage water-/ power plants, paper-/ food-/ beverage-/ chemical-/ powder industry.
For other special applications other types are available
Silo-hopper valve, valves with through going slide and bonnetted housing.
Flanges as per DIN PN10/16, ANSI or per request.
Motions : Handwheel, pneumatic actuators, electro-mechanical actuators.
Accessories : for example limit switches, solenoid valves can be mounted upon request.
Diameters : DN 50mm-1000mm, other upon request.

The Battioni Pagani Pompe S.p.A. gate is unidirectional type and is particularly suitable to be fitted on tankers for agricultural use or on trucks for industrial use.
The gate body in one casting only and the particular seal system of the gate can guarantee a perfect seal for pressures till 10 bar.
The opening and the closure of the gate can be effected in two way:
· With manual lever
· With double effect hydraulic cylinder;
· With pneumatic cylinder.

KGC Cast Stainless Steel Knife Gate Valves

Design Features: DeZURIK Cast Knife Gate Valves (KGC) are designed for on-off and throttling applications. They feature a cast body in 304, 316 or 317 stainless steel. The gate material is 304, 316 or 317 stainless steel. The packing gland is stainless steel for corrosion protection or coated carbon steel for non-corrosive service. The stem is stainless steel. The yoke is available in 316 stainless steel for corrosive service or carbon steel for non-corrosive service.
Size Range: 2 - 36" (50 - 900mm)
Pressure Rating:
2–24" (50–600mm) - 150 psi C.W.P. (1030 kPa)
30 & 36" (750 & 900mm) - 100 psi C.W.P. (690 kPa) on liquids and gases
