The hallmark of this process is the very high quality image that it is possible to achieve. This is especially important with barcode production. Light sensitive materials - paper, polyester and aluminium for example- are exposed under controlled computer driven conditions and a permanent photographic image is produced. The BL ident data carriers (tags) can be written to and read from with a series of non-contact BLident read-write heads (transceivers).

Most versions are available as EEPROM or FRAM.
The data carriers are provided without battery.
If the data carriers enter the transfer range of the read-write head, energy is inductively coupled and the data transfer is initiated.
The achievable distances vary (0...500mm) depending on both the size of the data carrier and the read-write head.
Furthermore, data carriers are also available as high temperature versions, as well as versions for direct mounting on metal.

Under the product name of INO-TAG we manufacture flexible transponder labels. The combination of label and transponder enables a contactless object identification. By anti-collision mechanisms, several RFID labels that are in the field of a writer/reader can be addressed at the same time. Each transponder has its own, pre-defined serial number. A user memory that you can subsequently re-write, takes up additional information. These transponder labels can be linked with a preprinted bar code. RFID labels are preprinted or supplied for subsequent thermal transfer printing. Additionally, inotec also offers the transponders in a cheque card format or in the shape of coins.
INOTAG RFID Tags. Using the latest I-Code or Tag IT Technology, these tags give a new dimension to warehousing, libraries and manufacturing processes in the New Millennium. Printer Ribbons (CL, CLe, GTe, M84 Series Printers)
SATO Thermal Transfer Ribbons are specially designed for optimum performance and consistently deliver durable, easily scanned, barcodes. SATO ribbons provide excellent print contrast for visible light and infrared scanners, producing crisp text and sharp graphics. Nothing assures higher quality printing than SATO ribbons. They feature a special back coating to help achieve maximum life from printheads, and since they are specifically tested and approved for SATO printers, their use assures printer warranty protection. Three types of SATO ribbons are available to satisfy virtually every barcode label, tag and identification application.
T435B - Premier I (Resin)
A high resin composition, T435B - Premier I is specifically formulated for printing on synthetic media. T435B - Premier I ribbon is not formulated to work with standard Thermal Transfer Paper label stocks. For a more durable image on paper label stocks, we suggest the use of SATO T110A - Premier II ribbon. T435B - Premier I ribbon produces extremely durable labels when combined with top-coated synthetic media and is recommended for extreme conditions, such as asset labeling. It is resistant to most solvents, including alcohol, oils, fats, petroleum, haloid and aromatic.
T110A - Premier II (Wax/Resin)
A more general purpose ribbon, T110A - Premier II combines resin and wax to deliver excellent print quality on a wide range of paper and synthetic media. Because it contains some wax, it is only moderately resistant to solvents.
