HeatWatch, a proprietary device, professional monitors product that has been exposed to extremely high temperatures above a specified level. After a minimum of 30 minutes, the device turns from pink to red to indicate unacceptable exposure.

Affixed directly to your goods or packaging, these tilt professional labels detect and record unacceptable tilting on goods that must remain upright. Simple, cost-efficient and highly effective, these attention-getting devices provide visual deterrents to unacceptable handling, no matter what you're shipping.
Removal of the professional adhesive backing automatically arms the devices. The self-stick backing utilizes the most aggressive 5 mil acrylate adhesive available, creating a permanent bond on all but the roughest containers — ensuring that once applied, the device cannot be reset, and the product cannot be tipped without indisputable evidence of mishandling.
Additionally, the Tilt Indicators contain a vacuum professional seal that eliminates any effects of humidity or temperature changes.
The TiltWatch™ sensor turns red if the professional container it is affixed to tips on its side or is completely upended. TiltWatch will not activate under normal handling conditions or aircraft take-offs.

Tyco Electronics K is a dot matrix printable,
2 mil thick tan polyimide (Kapton®) with a permanent
acrylic cement that is ideal for high temperature
labeling requirements such as printed circuit
boards. It is suitable for direct wave (bottom side)
and IR reflow (top side) PCB applications, and is designed
to withstand the fluxes, cleaning solvents and molten
solder encountered in the manufacture of printed circuit boards.
With a flash exposure service temperature
of +538°C (+1000°F), K is suitable for the
harshest high temperature applications.

Choosing the right facestock is crucial to the quality of your prime label. Weber offers a variety of facestocks, each with outstanding features to satisfy the requirements of many applications.
Pressure-Sensitive Papers
Paper is a versatile, economical, and easily printed facestock, good for most general applications. We offer a variety of papers, which can be die-cut into virtually any shape and are easy to apply using automatic equipment.
Pressure-Sensitive Professional films
Films are ideal for curved or squeezable products since they offer conformability, and they're also great for professional labels that require a greater degree of durability or moisture resistance. Weber films also are designed for ease of use with automatic label applicators.
Prime Label Industrial adhesives
Pressure-sensitive adhesive works not only because of its tack, but also due to the slight absorption of the adhesive into the surface of the substrate. Certain characteristics of different substrates can prevent the absorption of adhesive, weakening the adhesion of the label.
Rubber & Acrylic adhesives
Typically, rubber-based adhesives are less expensive, but lack cold or low temperature-resistant qualities. Acrylic adhesives have a lower degree of initial tack than rubber-based, however, after a 24-hour set period, acrylic adhesives are generally as permanent as rubber-based adhesives. Plus, acrylic adhesives can be created to resist high heat and freezing temperatures.

translucent vinyl film with a permanent acrylic bonding,
supplied with a white printable area, which is
over-laminated upon application with the translucent
portion of the label.
This 'self-laminating' feature protects the printed area
from exposure to oil, solvents, water and abrasion.
SB professional labels offer excellent conformability to round,
irregular or flexible surfaces.

Thermal transfer labels
Techno THERM® Thermal Transfer Professional labels are carefully crafted with the highest quality materials to ensure optimum performance. They are specifically manufactured to complement the features of SATO industrial printers, but will work equally as well on other manufacturers' printers.
A general-purpose professional adhesive is coated on a high quality paper face stock and the adhesive backed labels are provided on a professional silicone coated paper carrier. This allows the labels to be used equally as well in manual dispensing or on printers with automatic label dispensers.
Direct Thermal Labels
Techno THERM® Direct Thermal Labels are carefully crafted with the highest quality materials to ensure optimum performance. They are specifically manufactured to complement the features of SATO printers, but will work equally as well on other manufacturer's printers.
The standard thermal sensitive face stock was selected to provide the most economical professional labeling system. A general purpose adhesive is coated on the reverse side of the thermal sensitive paper face stock. The adhesive backed labels are provided on a silicone coated paper carrier, allowing them to be used equally as well in manual dispensing or on printers with automatic label dispensers. They are especially well suited for applications such as shipping labels, labeling of food products and healthcare labeling
RFID Thermal Labels
Techno THERM® RFID labels are carefully crafted with the highest quality label materials and RFID professional antennas. SATO Techno THERM® RFID labels are specifically designed and manufactured to compliment the features of the SATO RFID printer/encoders. SATO RFID printer/encoders are available in HF and UHF models. SATO Techno THERM® RFID labels come in both the 13.56 MHz and the 915MHz frequencies. The frequency you will need depends on the type of SATO RFID printer/encoder you have.
