A specific version, ALcode P represents the latest evolution by ALTECH of pallet labelling machines.
The system is able to print and apply A5 format SSCC labels onto two adjacent faces of a pallet (normally front and side) in accordance with the EAN 128 standard (also on three sides if required), providing high reliability, print and apply quality, operations up to 120 pallets/hr.
This print/apply system represents a particularly interesting evolution in the field of pallet labelling machines.
The external structure of the machine has been recently redesigned and is now more ergonomic, thanks to the control panel smartly integrated in the protection cabinet and the (optional) touch screen panel that allows to manage the information to be printed and the applicator logic.

ALmatic is a semiautomatic applicator of self-adhesive labels for cylindrical products. Its easy functioning provides for the manual loads of the product in the labelling position by the operator who activates the control lever. So ALmatic provides to the rotation of the product and to the application of the label till a completely happened adhesion. Thanks to the ergonomics of the system and to the presence of templates of comparison ALmatic allows an exact labelling, making easier the manual operations of the placing of the product. The speed of the label supply, 12 mt/min, allows effecting its application in a very short time.
ALmatic semi automatic labeller can apply labels till 200 mm width on products with variable diameter from a minimum of 25 mm to a maximum of 110 mm.The format change is made in a fast and intuitive way through some simple sliding levers with block pommels. The industrial structure of the system, characterised from a unwind unit of 280 mm diameter with a tensioning arm,a paper traction group and silicon rewinder, guarantee a big reliability, continuous precision at the beginning and the end of roll and high autonomy. In the end, ALmatic semi automatic label applicator can be supplied of some optional devices like the transparent labels sensor or the hot foil printing unit for lots numbers and/or expiry date, that increase the versatility of the system.

The Model 5200 Corner-Wrap Label Printer-Applicator with optional RFID encoding
Weber's Model 5200 Corner-Wrap label printer-applicator combines high-quality label printing with a specially designed label applicator that affixes a single label around the corner of a carton as it travels via conveyor line.
In addition to offering a selection of high-quality label print engines that addresses various print speeds and resolutions, the Corner-Wrap system is available with optional RFID print-encode engines from Zebra Technologies that will satisfy the emerging requirements of today’s supply chain.
Standard thermal/thermal-transfer print engines produce text, bar codes and graphic images at 203- or 300-dpi. The RFID models combine those capabilities with the encoding and verification of RFID inlays to meet the specifications of EPC Gen 1 and 2.
Engineered, manufactured and available only from Weber, the unit prints (or prints and encodes) labels in a next-out mode, automatically removes them from their liner, and retains them by vacuum on a swing arm-mounted tamp pad. As a carton approaches, the tamp pad applies the label to its front panel, then swings around the corner and wipes the remaining portion of the label on its adjacent side.
The Corner-Wrap system handles labels up to 4 inches wide and 12 inches in length, and will print and apply labels to a maximum of 15 cartons per minute delivered at least 24 inches apart at a top conveyor speed of 60 feet per minute.
