The Model 3138-N RFID Printer Applicator delivers on its promise of accuracy, reliability, and ease of use. That translates into lower operating costs and increased productivity for your business.
The 3138-N RFID comes standard with such Label-Aire virtues as easier setup, troubleshooting, and change-over, and more reliable operation while allowing you to easily encode Rfid labels.
The 3138-N RFID is based on Label-Aire's most advanced printer applicator, the 3138-N. The 3138-N RFID’s advanced features include automatic setup with multiple programmable label pages for easy change-overs to labels of different sizes, rate compensation for improved label placement accuracy, and advanced user-configurable I/O connectivity. All these handy features greatly simplify setup and change-overs. This unit's advanced RFID features include EPC, Class 0, Class 0+, Class 1, Gen 2 RFID tag encoding, fully integrated UHF/EPC print-and-apply technology, user friendly Label-Aire RFID tag formatting software, and an innovative Tag Rejecter mechanism. Our special smart tag printers and printer-applicators encode data on ultra-thin RFID transponders embedded in professional labels and tags, while simultaneously professional printing text, bar codes and graphics. We also offer a special RFID applicator that encodes, verifies and applies preprinted pressure-sensitive smart labels. Both the RFID printer-applicator and encoder-applicator include a special feature that rejects and recovers non-compliant smart labels prior to application. In addition, we offer smart labels for use in our own RFID encoder-professional printers, plus a range of pre-encoded labels and tags to satisfy associated identification applications.

The A is our professional printer for heavy use and can be operated within a broad application range. Any specific customer requirement can be realised with the extensive periphery and professional software. Stand-alone operation, PC-application or use within an network: A is the solution - anytime.
For professional printing on professional standard paper, cardboard, textiles, professional plastic foil (PE, PP, PVC, PA or PI). Wax-, resin- or wax/resin ribbons can be used.
For printing on thermal-sensitive materials. All transfer industrial printers can be used as thermal direct printers.
For printing on professional labels and continuous material. After printing it can be torn off with the ridged tear-off plate. It can be cut or rewound externaly.
The transfer printers A4 and A6 are available with a full metal cover (standard with the A8 ) on request.
The cab RFID option for the printers of the A -series reads and rewrites transponders in smart-labels with 13,56 MHz during the printing process. Please ask for our separate data sheet. |
