The Ap1300 series of compact portable thermal printers features a high speed, high quality fixed head thermal mechanism, delivering very high quality text and graphics at 8 dots per mm. The printers, AP1300 and AP1310 are small enough to be held in the hand and have a strong case design that eliminates hinge stress while still allowing for the insertion of a label or paper roll with just one hand.
Both offer options of RS 232, full implementation IrDA and Bluetooth® communication interfaces. Further development of this series now includes the option to print 'Linerless labels which can be printed and cut to any length to suit individual requirements. Perforated stock is available by special order which allows the printer to recognize the Black Mark on a pre-perforated label so printing stops at a given range or length. Linerless labels are available in virtually any colour, with or without perforations.
The most recent addition to this family is the AP1310DC, designed and approved to be powered continuously from a Vehicle battery, or any DC power source in the range 9 to 36V. The user can configure the peak current consumption, and the built in converter boasts an efficiency of up to 94% making the printer a perfect match for low power battery application. External shutdown is possible under user control to further conserve power. To help mount the printers we offer a range of bracket solutions ranging from suction mounts to cart/trolley clamp mounts.

The tool set in this plant consist of several tools and tool changes are easily carried out through the long side of the press.
The hydraulic press runs continuously and has robust guidings for the best possible absorption of deflection forces.
The transfer feeder is especially designed for press automation with tool sets in multiple steps. The machine has three axes and is mounted directly on the press frame. The transfer feeder rails, where the gripper fingers are mounted, are easily exchanged when running different products.
The plant is equipped with an operator's terminal for optimal control and supervision of the entire press line. This terminal controls and supervises all machines in the line.

The RTM process is a low-pressure injection process for the processing of fluid plastics (UP,EP,VE etc.) in connection with inserts of reinforcement fibres. The typical injection pressure is between 3 and 10 bar. The simplest configuration for an RTM production consists of a closed tool and an injection plant. Due to their reliability and robustness, piston pumps are used by us for the delivery and the dosing of resin and catalyst. The mixing of the two components is effected by a static flow mixer.

The L-700 Spindle Alignment System has been helping Detroit build quality automobiles for over 10 years. Prior to the L-700, transfer lines were aligned with indicators and alignment bars. This often resulted in frequent shutdowns due to poorly aligned spindles causing premature tool wear. Poor alignment also resulted in high reject rates, excessive downtime and poor productivity. On one line alone, the L-700 was able to save one GM plant $1.2 million in reduced tooling costs and downtime in the first year of operation after laser aligning the whole transfer line.
The L-700 can also be used for aligning the critical components of a lathe, aligning spindle boxes of large rotary dial machines, aligning the output shaft to the centerline of a twin-barrel extruder and many other applications. Designed to slip easily into the bed of a pick-up truck, Seraphin® Slip-On Volumetric Calibration Unit can speed the job of calibrating multiple fuel dispensing units, while at the same time, enhancing safety. The unit consists of three 5 gallon or 20 liter NIST compliant bottom drain provers individually plumbed to 80 gallon stainless steel transfer tanks. The 80 gallon configuration allows for up to 48 calibration tests before returning to the fuel station's storage tank for dumping.
