HERMA 100 - manual dispensers
The convenient HERMA 100 manual label dispenser is ideally suited for low volume applications. Efficient and easy to use, it offers a very economical solution for small batch hand labelling. HM-1500
Gluing machine Freestanding
Output: 1500 cartons/hour
The automatic carton closing machine HM-1500, freestanding version, is used to close cartons with hot-melt glue.
The machine receives the cartons filled with the product directly to the carton packer Serie MEGA. This machine is linked with conveyor belts.
The introduction, the carton spacer, the closing of the superior layer and the hot-melt glue application are automatic operations.
The machine has got a closer-layer system that is suitable to close rigid carton.
The intervention of the machine operator is only necessary in order to regulate the machine to take cartons of different sizes. It is a very simple operation which does not required skilled labour.

APPLICATION
The high efficiency AT-802 automatic rewinding machine is excellent for the rewinding operation of various industrial, electrical and packaging adhesive tapes.
FEATURES
Automatic Length Counting: The 2-step length counter provides accurate rewinding length control. Once the set length has been reached, the shaft will instantly, automatically change, ensuring ease of operation and a highly efficient performance.
Programmable Controller: The high performance programmable controller offers convenient control of the entire rewinding operation. Both length and tension are accurately displayed by LED readout. The motion sequence can be identified with a signal lamp for full control of the motion status.
The paper core is held firmly on the pneumatic shaft, which provides easy, fast loading and unloading and greatly increases efficiency.
Automatic Wipe Down Device (OPTIONAL): This wipe down device fully eliminates the problem of wrinkling and air bubbles in the product after rewinding. This device further ensures the extreme smoothness of product.

Inspection of glue bead dispensing
The products of Cordia range inspect the conformity of beads or glue application whatever their colour: extruded and fiberised beads and on all supports (sheet metal, aluminium, cast iron, glass).
The bead is inspected on all its length and for all the following characteristics :
- Continuity (glue lack or air bubbles causing interruptions)
- Width
- Position relative to references (distance to an edge, a hole... or position relative in the part benchmark)
- Height (3D configuration)

The Desktop DT-440-PH and DT-450-PH Uni-Turn Systems are part of a line of (semi-) automatic systems developed for Heat-Stack applications. The “PH” stands for the pulsed heat Hot-Bar (alternative Constant Heat can be delivered). The model “440” has a manually operated rotary-table. The model “450” has an automatically operated 2-position turn - table.
The Desktop Series delivers the same high connection quality as the larger and more sophisticated systems. It offers an ideal price – performance (throughput) ratio. The turntable enables easy loading and unloading of the parts, directly in front of the operator. If the parts need to be aligned, it can be done in the front position where the operator or camera have sufficient free space and a view that isn't blocked by the bonding head. The manual model “440” has the same high quality rotary table as the model “450”, but with a user-friendly large handle for the rotary movement. The automatic turn-table is the model with the highest throughput (simultaneous loading / unloading and bonding) and the most controlled process (all parts movements are done automatically). The model “450” combines this with the highest user-friendliness: the operator can load the parts straight in front of him while the bonding operation (in the back side) is taking place.

The Pearson model CE70 Case Erector is essentially the same machine as the Pearson model CE60. However, we have designed the CE70 to fit into a smaller footprint to provide an alternative to those that do not have the space for an CE60.
Like the CE60, the CE70 sets the industry standard for case erecting at both medium and high-speeds. Its innovative design has been time-tested in packaging plants worldwide.
