Enraf introduced the automatic servo level gauging technology in the mid-fifties. Soon thereafter, we introduced the first automatic level gauge for bulk liquid storage tanks was be certified by leading Weights & Measures authorities.
The latest version is the unique Advanced Tank Gauge with only a few moving parts. The ATG and XTG series microprocessor-controlled servo gauges are compact and need only a 2" mounting flange.
The Enraf Servo gauge provides optimal measuring performance in any application, and can easily be integrated with existing SmartRadar, hydrostatic, or hybrid gauging installations.
Innovative ideas are geared towards user satisfaction. After more than 45 years, Enraf is still the driving force in tank gauging.

The Barksdale Tank Level Indicating Systems are sensors for remote indication level of liquid media. They operate according to the float principle with magnetic trans-mission (Permanent magnet, Reed switch and resistor chain). The liquid level is indicated on indicating instruments connected to the sensor.

WEKA tank level indicators are suitable not only for general liquid level measuring applications, but are also a cost-effective means of detecting interface levels between dissimilar liquids. These sensors are unaffected by temperature and pressure, and provide a stable and linear signal output, even with the existence of liquid agitation or the presence of a foam layer. Their ruggedness meets the requirements of the toughest operating conditions, including military applications. They are available in different configurations to so that an optimum solution can be offered for any level measuring range. With only one moving part, these sensors are simple, reliable, virtually maintenance-free, and easy to service, if such a need arises. WEKA has unique capabilities in precision fabrication of stainless steel and other specialized corrosion-resistant metals. This, together with our large selection of float designs, allows us to offer level measuring solutions precisely tailored to your needs.

Used in the Bulk Solids Material Handling Systems, Bin Activators, also known as Live Bottom Bins, Shaker Bins, or Vibrating Silo Bottoms are used to create flow of dry bulk solids from vertical storage bins. The Live Bottom will overcome sporadic or irregular discharge problems created by arching, bridging, and rat-holing. The typical geometry on a standard 4:1 vertical round bin is a live bottom that is half the diameter of the silo.
How It Works:
Positive discharge or First In First Out (FIFO) Flow of the silo is accomplished by the internal cone-shaped baffle which is rigidly attached to the body of the bin activator. This vibrated cone, replaces a major portion of the standard fixed cone. The entire bin activator unit moves horizontally by the unbalanced weights of an attached vibrator. The cone baffle relieves the weight of the material from the lower section of the bin activator, and acts like a wedge as it moves beneath the material and pushes it in all areas adjacent to the cone's surfaces. This powerful force is also transmitted to the material in the upper portion of the bin as the motion is carried from particle to particle. Product discharges around the periphery of the baffle toward the outlet of the bin activator.

Vibra-Jet™
Bin Aerator
Model K Series 683
Restores material flowability at low cost
The Model K Vibra-Jet bin aerator, when installed on any storage silo, bin or hopper, can be extremely versatile and effective in getting dry bulk materials, like fine cement, to gravity feed more reliably at a very low cost. Materials which tend to pack, bridge or hang up can be made to flow freely and instantly upon demand.
Balances the natural negative pressures during discharge
Model K Vibra-Jet bin aerators installed at strategic locations on a discharge cone of a storage silo, bin or hopper direct high or low pressure compressed air along the bin wall to reduce the coefficient of friction which exists between the bin wall and the stored material. The compressed air, which is injected in short high-pressure bursts, fully balances the natural negative pressures created during the normal discharge process. By controlling the compressed air pressure and volume, materials once thought to be difficult to handle now gravity feed easily, quickly and automatically.
|
|
|
This type equipments use to activate the regular flowing of poor-flow materials through away from outlet of the silos. Bin activators produce in several models (as OT-600, OT-1000, OT-1200, and OT-1500) depending on the different sized silos.

Eta offers a number of RACK solutions to satisfy a majority of applications including:
19" swinging frames
19" fixed frames
19" rails
Double Hinge Boxes (CR)
- Swinging frames with solid rotation hinges are manufactured from sheet steel and offer outstanding strength and versatility. The rotation direction is reversible (left-right) and the opening angle varies according to cabinet width.
- Fixed frames are applied directly on the cabinet framework. Only for cabinet with 600 width.
- CR Box (Double Hinge)
CR Boxes have two sections. The central section is used for mounting 19" components whilst the rear section with mounting plate, can be used for assembling standard components. The front with silk-screened security glass offers excellent visibility and aesthetic. Door can be mounted left or right.
