Characteristics
This economical workstation incorporates a compact high accuracy design while maintaining great flexibility. The laser energy can be transmitted to the work piece via fiber optics, conventional or scanning optics.
Field of application
The ProLas is designed for laser processing precision miniature components.
Primary applications are found in the medical, dental, electronics, computer, communications, and micro machining industries requiring spot and seam welding plus drilling and cutting.

Machining center, automatizable, 4 axes for LASER drilling with diameters from 0,025 mm dof small mechanic parts, such as cylinder filters. The process uses pulsed Nd YAG sources direct or fiber delivered.
The dynamics and precision, entrusted to screw axes in the basic version, can be elevated to the state of the art in the aero version, with linear motors and granite structure.
The high technical content, the ease of use and its specificity make of it an excellent means in the refined processes with LASER technology. |
