BW Cutters have been manufacturing laser cutting for the technical textile industry for over twenty years and still have customers using their original cutters, it was BW Cutters introduced laser cutting into this industry sector.
The Mastercut platform carries our heavy duty 200watt powered laser unit and one important factor in any Laser Cutting machine is the Laser unit itself the quality and reliability of this is critical and we offer the most efficient unit within a lighter mass than alternative manufacturers. This enables us to carry the unit on the gantry with no reduction in speed and movement. The fact that we carry the unit horizontally on the gantry then allows us to deliver the beam to the material in the best and most efficient way with the minimum distance between the unit and cutting point meaning that the beam length is as short as possible. |

Synova laser cutting machines feature absolute precision from ± 3 to 5 µm and large processing areas that range between 150 x 150 and 800 x 1200 mm. The high-precision, high-speed XY-table, based on the principle of separate axes on a granite base, allows unmatched accuracy and dynamic. The axes are driven by linear motors at a maximum speed of 1,000 mm/s. Pulsed Nd:YAG lasers (infrared, green or UV) are typically used and the water jet diameter ranges from 22 to 75 µm.
All machines are equipped with vision cameras and powerful image treatment software, allowing automatic alignment and quality inspection. The operation interface is a flat color screen with touch panel, the machine software is based on MS Windows 2000®. The machine can be connected to a LAN for data transmission and remote diagnostic service. Adapted CAM software can quickly and easily convert all DXF and Gerber data without any special programming.
Options include a fully automated handling system, chiller, alternative laser sources, water treatment system, reference scales and transformers. |

The FULL CUT range of cutting plotters are the ideal solution for precision cutting of all sorts of rigid and flexible materials.
The FULLCUT range can be equipped with up to six tools at the same time: laser, ultrasonic, a set of three wheel blade holders , a marker and a milling cutter. This makes it possible to switch from one material to another simply by selecting the tool to be used via the software. This makes the list of materials that can be cut on this type of machine endless.
The FULL-Cut range solves problems that are usually overlooked by horizontal cutting plotters such as loading of the materials onto worktop, which this machine can carry out automatically thanks to a system of grippers which drag the material to the required size and lay it on the worktop ready to be processed.
The dual concept of traction grippers and the longitudinal cutter, together with the specific software transforms the plotter into a traditional rack that cuts lengths of cloth to size so as to speed up normal multiple cutting operations.
